Avoid! Spent 3 nights here Oct 23, the grounds are beautiful and well looked after it’s just a pity they don’t clean the bathrooms with the same care and attention. First room we were given was awful, air on not working well, the bathroom smelt of sewage there was no shower cubical just a shower over a bath with a disgusting shower curtain. The hotel did upgrade our room which was better but still had a dirty bathroom! Breakfast was dire one of the worst I’ve ever experience, we ended up going out. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the staff were very nice, and there are plenty of good places to eat locally a short walk away.

Мы с мужем приехали отдохнуть и понырять в Чандидасу. По рекомендации наших друзей из русского дайвклуба Baliclub, мы остановились в отеле Rossa Garden на 3 недели. Но нам так здесь понравилось, что мы продлили визу и остались еще на 1 месяц. При бронировании проживания на официальном сайте предлагаются скидки (3 недели – 40%, 4 недели – 50%). Это очень приятно))) На ресепшне работает очень приятная девушка Ayu, которая поможет решить любые возникшие вопросы. Очень удобно, что с ней можно связаться по WhatsApp. У отеля очень красивая, ухоженная территория, утопающая в зелени. Персонал очень старается - каждый день наводят чистоту, стригут кусты и поливают цветы. Большой прохладный бассейн был нашим спасением, когда мы возвращались после прогулки или дайвинга. Каждое утро я видела как его чистили. Океан находится в 3 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Первый месяц мы жили на 1 этаже в улучшенном номере. В номере чисто, есть все для принятия душа ( гель для тела, шампунь, мыло). В нем есть холодильник, чайник, халат и самое главное кондиционер, который работал исправно и тихо. Второй месяц мы переехали на втором этаже. Номер чуть меньше чем на первом этаже, но зато обалденные виды с балкона, на котором я любила засиживаться по вечерам. Staff Duduk и Koman очень хорошо убирали номер и всегда готовы были помочь. На кухне работают обаятельные Тeni и Susun. Они накормят вас вкусным завтраком. С вечера на ресепшне нужно отметить на бланке что ты будешь на завтрак. Обязательно попробуйте блинчики с бананом или ананасом! Нам очень понравился этот отель и его замечательный персонал! Если мы еще полетим на Бали, то остановимся в Rossa Garden!!! Спасибо вам за наш отдых!!! С уважением Ольга

We recently booked my elderly parents for 12 days and they could not have asked for a nicer property to stay. The staff treated them like family are were always attentive to their health and wellbeing going over and above. If any problems arose in relation to the room it was attended to promptly. Their room was very comfortable, very clean and very easily accessible. The breakfast and meals were delicious and the property was very relaxing and peaceful. Proximity to the beach was superb, an easy walk for a couple of ‘young’ 80 year olds. We would highly recommend Rossa Garden Hotel. Thankyou for making my parents first trip to Bali and hopefully not their last an awesome experience 🥰

This beautiful hotel was the first place in Bali I had ever vacationed in! And because of it (great staff, cozy rooms and delicious food) I fell in love with Bali! We were here with my family in March and April 2023, and now I'm back here with a friend! I love coming here to relax in peace and quiet! The amazing staff will do everything to make your vacation comfortable. For example, we flew in late at night, but here they waited for us until 1am and put us to bed right away without bothering with formalities! The hotel is like a paradise garden, there's a pool and lots of flowers! For me, it's like my parents' country house, where you're always welcome. Для моих русскоязычных соотечественников. We had the best time during our stay at Rossa Garden. The staff and the owner are amazing and helpful. They helped us with directions places. The pool was also perfect! I highly recommend coming here.

Candidate has been hurt very badly by Covid and the hotel is just getting back on its feet. It is small which is lovely, very peaceful and lovely gardens and a pool. The rooms are fine, lovely linen, great air con, spotlessly dean with nice balcony. The staff are as delightful as ever and it’s is a lovely inexpensive place to stay. Third visit and will definitely be back.
