Close to the main road, there was the sound of motorcycles all night.
In addition, there is a large construction site next door to the hotel, so there is almost no peace 24 hours a day.
Checked in at 8pm, there was no one at the front desk, and an uncle opened the door for me.
When I communicated with hotel staff, they either called me brother or sent emojis, which seemed unprofessional.
Ctrip rated this hotel as 5 stars, which is really a big joke.
I deserve a full refund + compensation.

Amazing stay at this villa with my partner for 5 nights. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They serve breakfast each day which was delicious. The villa isn't in the centre of Canggu and you need a scooter/taxi into shops and restaurants which we loved as Canggu is a very congested area. Beautiful outdoor bathroom and very spacious villa with large pool and several sun beds to choose from at all times of the day. The kitchen / living area also very spacious and well equipped. We were left fruit in kitchen upon arrival too and filtered water each day available. Would recommend!

1/3 nights done. I must say, this place is outstanding and the staff are extremely friendly. I would totally recommend this place. Lovely private pool, quiet area which is not too far away from the beach. Staff are very welcoming, they cook your breakfast in the mornings at what time you decide. 10/10

Along with 14 family and friends who came from four continents to attend our Bali wedding, we checked into the Jabnam Villa Hotel to continue the party. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful hosts for those of us who have a lot of energy at times. The hotel environment is extremely beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We would recommend the outdoor BBQ provided by the staff. We would like to say a big thank you to Ruth and her colleagues for a great stay and we hope to return with a group of friends to the Jabnam Villa Hotel soon.

We stayed here for our first 4 nights in Bali and it has definitely set the standard high! So impressed with the villa and how beautiful the surroundings are. The customer service from the team have been outstanding. So caring and kind - definitely went the extra mile for us! They even placed heart shaped flowers in the pool when we told them about our recent engagement! The breakfast is delicious and cleaning service is perfect the room in spacious and bed comfy and big. They have everything you need including clothes washing facilities, products and insect repellent. Felt very safe knowing there is on site security. 30 min walk to busy part of town - poor street lighting so taxi is safer at night. Only negative which is completely out of anyones control is building work being noisy early hours of the morning and throughout the day. WiFi is also abit slow however more than adequate. A massive thank you to the team for making our time here so memorable, your happiness is definitely contagious!! If you’re looking for somewhere In Bali this is the place to stay!

Please ignore the bad reviews- this is paradise!! My family and I stayed here and our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We absolutely loved everything the villa had to offer. The staff were amazing and made sure we had a wonderful experience. I can highly recommend staying here- you won’t be disappointed! There is some construction going on next door, but it’s not constant noise and never early in the morning or late into the evening. We noticed it when we first arrived but after that we barely heard a thing. We already can’t wait to come back!!! A special thank you to Putu for your kindness and care!
