We're staying for 5 nights and we're happy with this place. But there is trash all around the villa. The kitchen sinks is dirty. The staff is very nice and helpful. Ni Luh is very nice and sweet and trying to do everything best. Many things need for upgrades. Maybe it will be more nice if they clean all the trash all around the villa. This villa is with nice views and swimming pools. We will come back in the future but hopefully they gonna fixed things what needs to be fix and no trash around.

AVERAGE. Very very strong smell of humidity in the room because no ventilation. The place is very run down. There is however a very nice view. Very remote location.

Great value for money, we had room at top with ocean view. Nice and quiet. Walking distance to lipah beach, 40 minute walk to japenese shipwreck and Jemeluk bay on amed beach - all excellent for snorkelling off beach. Staff Came and cleaned room daily. We ended up extending our stay to 5 days. Great place to recover from travellers fatigue.

No idea how people rated here so positive? This stay hast lost Charme long time ago. Saving where they can. Stayed here 2 nights and there was no cleaning, no emptying of the bin. The toilet smells, not only did I see a cockroach in my room it seems like the staff don't care about unless you ask them repeatedly, playing on their phone, owner ignores you, so many mosquitos. There are no fruits or juice for breakfast as shown on pictures. The front villas are all under slow construction, or started bit never ended. For the price I stayed beautifully in other places plus felt welcome. You are just a source of money for the owner. I am shocked how much cheating ad advertisements is ok for hosts these days....

We visitied here for 2 nights, and heard the owner screaming at female guests, we were to scared to get involved. I think t was about them seeing a cockroach, and he didnt believe it, was making fun about it, it sounded really rude. The view is nice, but the a**osphere is really not healthy, also it is under construction, we were happy to leave, probably staff is nice, but not really doing anything, Place was tidied up but messy at all.

We have stayed at Anugerah several times, and it is our go to hotel for holidaying in Amed. The views are spectacular from the upper rooms, and there are two lovely pools to enjoy. Putu and the staff are friendly, welcoming and always efficient. The price is good for Amed too, as most places are quite expensive for what you get. Breakfast is provided, and is always tasty and freshly cooked. Other meals during the day are available on request. We return here again and again as the service is always good, and the rooms are spacious and clean. If you choose this hotel, you won't regret it!
