The road to the hotel is very exciting and difficult. The hotel is like a paradise. Although the interior decoration is old, you can see the luxury of the year. The bed and room were comfortable to sleep in.

This is such a spectacular location, the rooms are unique, large and nestled in the forest.
The hotel is currently run by a very small staff, so if you love a natural, at home atmosphere - you will love this.
Fantastic trekking and boat rides available to take in the lovely natural surroundings.

While remote it was worth the drive. Looking down from the Infiniti pool to the reservoir below is spectacular. Hotel is a little quiet, not many guests as still recovering from covid. We liked the quietness. Some reviewers say it's spooky but I disagree, it's a slice of jungle paradise. We booked the family room which looks towards the sea and jungle. Book a lagoon view room for views over the reservoir. Rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. Meals are available although a limited menu is offered. Road is a little dicey for a small hatchback but we managed.

The road to the hotel is terrible. It is best not to drive at night. Pool color. I took a room with a bath, but the water was enough for half. Food is a separate issue: high price, small portions and a very meager menu, with a fee of 10% Wi-Fi in the room does not work, the SIM card does not catch. The hotel staff barely speak English. And the bikes are not in working condition and they are not going to make them. Everything is falling apart. The nearest shop is 15 km. No cafes or restaurants
