I stayed here for four days with my children. It was very quiet, warm and suitable for the whole family. It’s better than the five-star brand hotel I stayed at on the beach this time! During the day, you can swim in your own swimming pool and have lunch and dinner at the Room Service. There is a kitchen, microwave, and tableware, so you can buy things and cook them yourself. There are different types of rooms, all smell good and comfortable. The mosquito repellent at night was very good. The family chatted outside. The air was fragrant and the temperature was moderate. It was a rare family time. Children basically just soak in the swimming pool, swim for a while, come up for a shower, and then simply dry themselves off before reading, eating, and doing homework. After staying for a while, you can go down to the swimming pool and splash around for a while. You can even take off your clothes and swim. Breakfast is a la carte, you can order as much as you like. The taste is OK too. The price of the entire resort is very reasonable, and you can enjoy free massage. We stayed for 4 nights in a row, 4 of us, had good lunch and dinner in the room every day, booked a formal dinner at AKA, drank a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, and booked a car to see us off at the end, when we checked out , the total cost in 4 days was only more than 2,000. One thing that Chinese tourists should pay attention to is that the hotel does not have a wired phone. Whatsapp is used to communicate with the hotel in the room. If you don't have Whatsapp, you can tell the front desk when you check in, and they will prepare a Samsung tablet to lend to you. If you have to find something wrong, here are the following: There may be room for improvement: 1. The room supplies, especially towels, could be replaced by an outsourced washing company. It doesn't look very clean, at least not in line with the hotel's positioning. 2. The spa, the rose petal bath is really amazing, the snacks and drinks are also good, but other aspects such as the techniques need to be improved, and there may be some communication problems. 3. Breakfast, the a la carte style is good, but the menu is more Western-style and has local characteristics. It’s not obvious. There’s nothing to order except steak for dinner. After two days, I got a little tired of it. Of course, the shortcomings are not to be outweighed. These shortcomings are still acceptable for the overall performance of the hotel. Finally, I would like to make some suggestions, since it is aimed at family vacations. For a villa hotel, it is recommended that the minibar drinks in the refrigerator in the villa are free for the first round or included in the room price. When I entered and drank 2 bottles of sparkling water on a hot day, the bill the next day was 130,000 Indonesian rupiah, which made the guests feel that the price/performance ratio was a bit low. Of course, this may be the hotel's strategy. After all, the current room prices are still competitive. It may be a strategy to attract customers at low room prices, and then the in-store consumption will be relatively high. Finally, it is recommended that friends stay at the weekend, and the hotel pool activities become The pub and DJ are quite exciting. Guests staying at the hotel are exempted from the entrance fee of 300,000 dong~

The environment is beautiful, the waiters are polite, enthusiastic and cheerful, which made us feel very warm when we checked in. The lovely waiters will patiently communicate and chat with the children. After learning that the children are not acclimatized, they will ask about their physical conditions every day, which is very considerate. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Dinners in the restaurant were a delight. My daughters enjoyed the nightly shows and a magician even came to our table to perform some magic tricks on them which made them enjoy themselves even more. The villas are beautiful and spacious and super clean. I would definitely return!

Although none of the service staff could speak Chinese, they were still very patient in assisting us because of our language differences. Every staff is very nice~~ I would like to stay there again next time I go to Bali
