The hotel is very good. 10 minutes to the beach. The main thing is not to take a standard number. The bad reviews are specifically about the standard room. We rented for 2 nights, we liked it, we wanted to extend it, but they were all interested.

The accommodation is old and is being remodeled. It's good value for money, but it seems to have gone up 3 times since it's the end of the year, so it's not worth the money. If it's cost-effective, it's okay.

The traffic is bad in Kuta.We came here during school holidays.The traffic is longer than usual.The hotel is beautiful better than in pictures.The minus points is the toilet is a bit dirty at the wall.Breakfast was okay.The welcome drinks is refreshing.It will be better if improved the cleanliness of the toilet.

It was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. I will go there again if I have the opportunity. The small courtyard with classical garden landscape makes people feel a sense of intimacy and a bit like home. I like it inexplicably.
