最初に予約したホテルまで行ったもののチェックインできず大きな荷物を持った移動が疲れるので一番近いこのホテルに一泊。Trip.Comアプリのチャットで確認した際、現地エージェントの間違いでキャンセルになっていたらしく、当日は満室の為にどうしても無理との事。手違いは誰でも起こるとはいえ、旅の最終日に残念な気分でデコボコ道をスーツケース引いて歩いて到着。部屋のカテゴリーはスイートでしたが部屋は汚くテラスに出るドアは鍵が壊れて閉まらず椅子・テーブルもないただのベランダでコンクリートの床は鳩の糞だらけ、、足の踏み場が無い。バスルームには備え付けシャンプーぐらいでアメニティはなく、タオルは端がほつれたボロボロの古さで黄ばんでいた。足拭きマットは無し。トイレは流すと水が出っぱなしでエアコンは温度を一番下げても全然効かず暑くて仕方なかった。TVのリモコンが見当たらず電話したら持ってきてくれたが、小さな冷蔵庫すらないスイートルームって？とにかく、どこもかしこも汚くて枕カバーも薄汚れていた。屋上にプールがあったもののバーは営業していない、プール用のタオルも古びて色褪せていた。掃除もしていなそうな汚れたガラスの転落防止柵、とにかくお勧めできません。現地学生の修学旅行でこの時期は毎日入れ替わりで来るらしく大勢のティーンエイジャーが公共スペースなのに大声張り上げたり、廊下はずっとうるさくてエレベーター2基のうち1基は壊れていて作動せず、、ここまでくると笑ってしまうくらいに貴重な体験でした。
良かった点：セキュリティとレセプションにいるスタッフは客のクレーム対応に忙しそうだったがとても親切。不幸中の幸い（笑）

酒店價格擺在這裏確實沒有什麼期望值，從隔壁一樣當四換過來的，差價不到50塊吧，體驗天差地別，國內快捷酒店水準甚至還要更破敗一些，屋頂的泳池沒有人維護也是混濁的，毛巾又臟又破，推開門陽台正對隔壁一堵牆，生態也是相當可以，壁虎蜘蛛蚊子一樣不少

Hotelnya sangat strategis di Tuban dekan pusat oleh-oleh, dekat bandara, kamarnya sesuai harga ya. Namun pas saya tempati dapat kamar yg lembab sehingga agak kesulitan bernapas. AC juga kurang dingin awalnya, namun saya telepon ke recepsionist AC diperbaiki jadinya kamarnya agak hilang lembabnya walaupun dengan resiko kedinginan banget 😆.
