We rented a hotel for one night by chance, we were more than satisfied, the location is super - right in the city center, there are many nice cafes and massage parlours around, a large supermarket. Despite its location, the hotel itself is very quiet and green, it is quite modern, the pool is clean, the staff is friendly.

Location: Located in the center of Ubud, with convenient transportation and functions, you can easily reach surrounding supermarkets, convenience stores, various exotic restaurants, SPA shops, etc. within walking distance. The nearby attraction Monkey Forest is also quickly accessible. It is suitable for travelers who still have energy to wander around and eat after a day of fun in the evening. Clean: This time I stayed in a room on the first floor and the cleaning was OK. However, because there are many plants planted in the park, there will inevitably be small mosquitoes. I personally don’t think I mind that much, but I still list them for reference. For those who mind, in fact, if the doors and windows are closed and the air conditioner is turned on, mosquitoes are less likely to break in and you can still have a good rest. Service: The hotel does not have a physical phone in the room. You can use WHAT'S APP to add hotel contact information. If you need anything, call WHAT'S APP or send a message. Sometimes I will receive a reply later when I send a message, but basically the staff will still respond and solve the problem. This time I encountered a water leakage problem in the air conditioner. It is suspected that the defrosting function is not good enough. Although it is not serious, I am worried that this will affect the air conditioner and the wooden furniture below in the long run. The clothes of passengers hanging in the cupboards below the air conditioner may also drip with water and get wet. . Because repairing electrical appliances requires technical skills, the hotel arranged for technicians to come for inspection in the morning, but the problem may not have been completely solved at that time. There was still water leakage the next night. The manager came to visit and expressed his apology. He originally asked us directly if we were willing to replace it. Room, but we thought we were exhausted after a day of fun and couldn't afford to pack our luggage and move, so we declined. The next day, the manager did not pretend that nothing was wrong. When we had breakfast, he asked the staff to bring a fruit platter to express his apology. When we checked out, he apologized again personally and provided souvenirs and small gifts. Overall, they are sincere, and the water leakage problem will not be affected much if you put a towel on it, so I still recommend it. Facilities: As mentioned above, there is an air conditioner leakage problem. The rest of the hotel is functioning normally, and because the hotel seems to be relatively new, public spaces such as check-in desks, corridors, restaurants, swimming pools, etc. are all well maintained. Although the entire park is bound to be a man-made green forest environment because it is in an urban area, the whole park is very harmonious. The greenery is matched with two public swimming pools. Even if you don't actually swim, just admiring or strolling in it makes people feel happy. Meals: The hidden highlight of this restaurant is the exquisite breakfast!! Just like the level of an exquisite city cafe, each person can choose one savory dish, one sweet dish, a cup of juice, and a cup of coffee. Every dish is exquisite and delicious. A meal at a Taipei cafe may cost more than NT$800 per person. Therefore, it is highly recommended for those who like exquisite a la carte breakfast~

Other than the location, the hotel seemed too good, the faucet was shaking, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the interior looked like it was a new hotel, I just took a nap and left, it was a dirty hotel, I will never use it again.

There is no phone in the room and you have to communicate through WhatsApp, which is inconvenient. It's a shame that more than 90% of the rooms are Korean. There's a sewer smell. Breakfast was delicious.

First of all, the location is very good, right in the middle of Ubud. Breakfast is worth it, service is friendly and good value for money.
