MaxOneHotels at Ubud

There wasn't much to eat for breakfast and the staff was very unfriendly. Even when I asked, they pretended not to hear me. There were too many pub restaurants nearby, so it was very noisy. I brought a shower filter to the bathroom, but it turned black in a day. The water quality was so bad. If you are going to this hotel, a shower filter is a must. Good location for walking from Ubud The only advantage is location.

In fact, this isn't the first time we've stayed here, only SJ this time we got a cold room, the AC wasn't cold enough, but the dirty AC wasn't serviced and the cold didn't kick! We were quite disappointed, because we only stayed for a day. We were too lazy to ask for a room exchange.

From the moment I entered the room, I immediately felt sleepy because the mattress + pillow were soft, the sheets were clean white, the room smelled good. It felt like I felt at home in my room so I was reluctant to leave. Except for breakfast on the rooftop, walking exercise in Ubud, lunch/dinner or there are plans to visit somewhere. When it's time to sleep it can be a mess because it's soundproof. Even though the hotel was full, the sound was not disturbing. Because I was alone, I could be free and not be tied down, call the lobby when there was no TV signal (the cable was removed by the previous tenant), the remote was off (the battery was off) who immediately came and fixed it. Wow, the response was fast, it really helped me. There is also a kettle that has a bit of an error, I have informed that on the paper provided. There is no refrigerator available, I have to leave the medicine at the restaurant because it will go stale if it is not in the refrigerator. It's still a normal thing, I enjoy it because there are lots of positive things for my heart & mind while at MaxOne. The smiles of the hotel staff from the lobby to the restaurant are hospitality that I don't always find in other hotels/bungalows. Thank you..If God gives me the opportunity & time to return to Ubud, this is my first destination as a place to stay. I live in Jkt but I love Bali, when there are long holidays, I always miss visiting Bali again. People, culture, manners, nature, customs, culinary, there are still many of the best things that I found in Bali that made me feel at home. I don't feel like going home... We wish all staff, etc. good health, always success for MaxOne as a hotel that brings a good name to Bali-Indonesia on the world stage..
