I had emailed the hotel in advance and received a reply. I had requested a room, but they didn't listen to my request at all, and the front desk told me there was no request.When I showed them the email, their attitude changed and I was sent to a strange room. After that, I was given a better room, but the staff was not very helpful. I look forward to next time.

Cleanliness overall a lot to be desired. Toilet didn’t work properly yuk. No teamaking facilities in room. Hotel is divided in two. With 2nd part being across road around cnr & down the street again. Pool in no 2 part ok but lounges around pool really disgusting. But then again what did I expect at $30.00AU per night.

Room was adequate, but location of room was disappointing. Very small terrace which looked onto a grey concrete wall. Breakfast was, in a word, pathetic!
