Das Carik Bisma ist ein Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Da es nahe zum Affenwald liegt ist es sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist man nicht weit von den Hauptstraßen Ubuds entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten große sehr bequeme, saubere Betten. Außerdem findet sich im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher. Was für mich große Pluspunkte waren. Der Service ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Für ein Hotel ziemlich im Stadtzentrum wirklich angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

De locatie was perfect. Je zat dichtbij het centrum maar in tegelijkertijd in volledige rust. Je hebt Monkey Forest view en uitzicht op velden van de boer. Erg vriendelijk personeel en bij vragen werd je goed geholpen. Ontbijt smaakte prima! Douchekop was erg laag wat onhandig was voor ons en je moet wel goed opletten met etensresten want mieren kunnen makkelijk binnenkomen.

We arrived to the hotel to stay here for two nights in December 2022. When we arrived, we were informed they had made a mistake with the booking and we could only stay 1 night, as the next day was sold out. We understand there can be mistake and they advised we would receive a refund by going through our booking provider *******. As I did this, we were then informed in January the property manager of the hotel would not approve to waive the cancellation fee, even with them having noted in the system, we only stayed one night. This means we were not able to receive our refund we were promised. It was such a shame, as we were excited to stay there for more than one night. They don't care for their customers, only for the financial gain - wished I had stayed somewhere else in Ubud :(

I would love to rate this place higher. Great location. Beautiful outlook Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. But due to budget price it attracts a young clientele. The problem was mine. I should have done better research even though I read reviews about the place. I am so much older than those who stayed here. Lots of partying. Loud music and cigarette smoke. Found this hotel so very noisey. Not suited to me at all. Banging doors. Loud talking late into the night. Like I said not suited to me at all. So unfortunately I can not rate this place higher. A total mismatch
