1.上午十二點半我們到達酒店 告訴我們下午兩點才可以入住 沒問題 我們提前辦好了check in 就出去玩了一圈 四點回來了 行李都已經幫我們放進房間的情況下 還讓我們在悶熱的大堂等了半小時 理由是他們要去找鑰匙
2.房間枕頭上有頭髮 床我們根本沒有動過 上面有一根長頭髮 且welcome card上面並不是我們的名字 可能是上一任住客吧但酒店給出的解釋是幫我們換了房間 卡片沒換 這件事他們沒有道歉且態度不好 重複了三次 如果你覺得不滿意你可以換回原來的房間 在理直氣壯什麼 我們從去辦理入住到人進去 有四個多小時 自己沒換卡片變成我的問題了？
3.最無語的應該是他們的晚飯吧 海鮮自助 四個人1500rmb 最好的菜是烤蝦和烤魷魚 是我們在島上吃的最貴但最差的一餐
4.如果你不介意吃飯的時候蒼蠅滿天飛 你就住吧 在峇里島住了八天 這並不是我們住的唯一一家餐廳露天的 但是衞生環境差的令人髮指 用過的餐墊擦都不擦 抖一抖就給下一桌客人用 十幾衹蒼蠅圍着你轉 你邊吃飯邊趕蒼蠅 自助晚餐的時候蒼蠅掉進意麪裏 服務生直接拿夾子夾出來並且把那個夾子擺回去給大家用 換都不換一下

硬件設施不錯 下水有點慢但能接受，槽點的話就是餐廳 首先早餐是點餐式 一個主食一個甜點一杯飲品多的額外付錢，上餐挺慢的第一天不知道情況從點到上起半小時 耽誤行程 ，在餐廳吃的烤串味道不錯 第二天送去房間的都糊了Ps餐廳消費不低 周圍沒吃的 下山有段路程

大大超出預期的酒店，一流的服務、SPA，安排了非常好的私人泳池景觀，而且晚餐的駐唱，非常給力，給我和我太太唱了最喜歡的3首歌，還會西班牙語。
