The sheets were not changed, only the bed was made. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Ubud Palace on time.

The staff were really helpful although information initially was a bit scarce, they did everything that they could to make sure that we had everything that we needed Beautiful relaxing spot to stay even if it is a little out of town The hotel shuttle makes sure you can get there

Absolutely lovely people working at this place. Always greeting with such genuine warmth. The rooms are great and the pool is clean and cool with a sweet view onto the rice field. Its also 5 min scooter from downtown Ubud... close enough to go check the action, but quiet enough to be in nature

B- Saya is een heerlijk hotel mooi plekje met uitzicht op de rijstvelden, geweldig personeel buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Groot schoon zwembad en niet in de laatste plaats een geweldig ontbijt! Leuke cooking class. De kamers zijn niet zo heel groot maar voldoen, de badkamer heeft een deep cleaning nodig. Al met al een topper van een hotel dacht bij Ubud en de gratis shuttle is heel fijn. Terima kassi B-Saya.

Actually, I booked for Jure Jungle View, because I really wanted to stay with jungle view. But unfortunately it is under construction, so they upgrade to suite. Frankly speaking, I'm not 100% satisfied, because I got at first floor, and there was another guest upstair. It was SO NOISY! :(( in front of room there is a rice field, but unfortunately they put some of plants that a lil bit blocking the view of rice fields.
