Actually this nice place to stay,nice view nice staff, I’ll give 5/5 but unfortunately i got room with smelly and broken bathroom 🥲 (room 103), the sink was broken, toilet tissue only 1 and they didn’t change it,please bit attention for that. Location: 5/5 Cleanliness : 3/5 Amenities: 3/5 Staff : 5/5

2 Dirty rooms: hair and others in the gray and stained sheets, everything is moldy… furniture, toilets, curtains, dusty, an unusable kitchenette. NON EXISTING staff, we get the keys and we manage. Nobody at the reception except a man sitting on the floor or on a sofa with his mobile phone. Only positive thing: the nice and clean swimming pool! Overpriced hotel for Bali! Very disappointed with this last night before our flight, when our stay was fantastic with nice clean rooms everywhere else.

This place was a disgust and shame. The room was old and lack of care. The bathroom was filthy and mouldy. There was an odd smell of the room when we walked in. We also discovered a used mask lying on the couch. We found lots of dust on an ornamental frame. Wall paint came off probably due to leaks and humidity. We stayed only one night there as we could not stand one more minute there. No idea why there were good reviews about this place.

Nice and cozy, great direct access to pool.
The staff was friendly but we had a coacroach in our room and there was no one in the reception, we had to go out and buy products ourselves.

Denpasar is one of the nice places to have a holiday. The staff is very helpful. The pool is very nice. It has staff that can always fulfill your requests. But to make it a better hotel, you need to renovate the bathroom. Thank you for everything Mahana family.

Perfect if you have any buisness in Denpasar. The hotel is close to for exempel immigration office as well as to resturants, A**:s and stores. Nice room with comfty large bed and a supernice veranda right by the pool. Super helpful staff! You get what you pay for and for the cost I can highly recomend!
