Asli Bali Villas

This place is just amazing! We stayed here as a family of two adults and two children. Vila itself was very clean and spacious with a huge terrace to relax. We were overwhelmed by the owner's hospitality and provided service. It's a feeling that you are in a really high class hotel, but at the same time you find yourself in a remote village of Bali (but not too remote from everything). This location even has a gym and the breakfast as well as the rest of the food they provide was very delicious. The owner is super friendly and offers his help whatever you need. Our kids are still asking to go and visit him event after almost a year after our trip to Bali :) You will find stunning waterfalls around this area, the local market is also nearby. The pool in this place is really clean and well maintained. Overall this place exceeded our expectation and we would definitelly come back.

After 4 weeks travelling in Asia this was definitely our favourite accommodation. We wanted to stay away from the crowds, and we certainly did. Asli Bali means Real Bali, and we really felt we had begun to discover it in this peaceful place. In beautiful gardens, with statues, ponds and luxuriant plants everywhere, were the very comfortable rooms, and outdoor terraces. There is a lovely outdoor pool, and a restaurant serving delicious Balinese food, but with western options too. The family who run this hotel are charming, and so helpful. We organised 3 excellent tours with them, escorted by their son T.J. He is a very well informed young man, who was proud to share information about Bali, it's history and culture. Also a great driver! We really appreciated the chance to try Balinese fruits, sweets and treats. Thank you so much for everything. We are really sad to be leaving!

We had the pleasure of staying at Asli Bali Villa in Bangli, Bali, Indonesia for the second time, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Wayan Sila and his family welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of their own. Their son, TeJe, was an outstanding driver, tour guide, and photographer. TeJe’s hospitality began right from our arrival at the airport, and he continued to impress us throughout our stay. We did a morning tour, which included visits to Penglipuran, Pura Kehen, and the breathtaking Tukad Cepung Waterfall. TeJe’s extensive knowledge of the area, his fluent English, and his safe driving skills made this excursion all the more enjoyable. And of course, he captured unforgettable moments with his photography skills, showcasing his unique TeJe style.😉 One of the highlights of our stay was being invited to a local ceremony at the city temple in the evening. This was a truly unique Balinese experience, where we were graciously dressed in sarongs by Wayan Sila’s wife and got a glimpse of the rich culture and traditions of Bali. We had an incredible experience at the Selera Cooking Class in Bangli, Bali! From start to finish, it was a culinary adventure that we will cherish forever. This experience is a must for anyone visiting Bali. If you’re looking for a memorable and authentic Bali experience, I highly recommend Asli Bali Villa and TeJe or Wayan Sila as your guide. This is a superb place to stay and excellent value for money. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. There is access to a kettle with tea and coffee supplied in a communal area. There are numerous areas to sit and relax, each beautifully put together in traditional Balinese style. Wayan, the owner, was very hospitable, as were all the staff, and took us on a couple of tours during our stay. His wife cooks delicious Balinese food. Asli Bali Villas was like a haven, away from the hustle and bustle, and I would definitely stay again.

I have had an incredible stay at Asli Bali Villa. The hotel includes a great swimming pool and gym, the rooms are big and contain a big outdoor porch to relax and take in the great food the staff make. The garden is filled with beautiful plants and greenery, which provides a great view from the porch of the room, making it a nice and peaceful area. On top of that, the staff are all very friendly and they provide the best service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Especially the owner Wayan is very helpful, cheerful and friendly towards all guests. At the time of my stay I was injured and stayed at Asli Bali Villa for three weeks to recover as I couldn’t walk. I am extremely grateful for Wayan and the staff in how they treated me. Wayan drove to the pharmacy for me every few days, his daughter drove an hour to another city to buy crutches for me to make it easier for me to walk and Wayan’s wife made the tastiest Balinese snacks, cakes and dishes for me (they serve the best nasi goreng and soto ayam!). In short, Asli Bali Villa and the staff turned a difficult time of recovery into a beautiful experience due to the warmth and smiles they gave me everyday. I would highly recommend Asli Bali Villa to everyone!
