A little out of place but there’s a shuttle service to geger beach!

We chose a hotel to explore Geger beach, so to speak, value for money. The hotel is certainly not 5*, but 4* for sure. I liked the breakfast (there was chocolate fondue and fresh rolls, as well as delicious desserts, fresh juices (watermelon, pineapple), apple and pineapple juice (very tasty).

very disappointed with hotel staff management and service.
my plan to stay is for 2 days , unfortunately my grandfather passed away so i had to check out one day early.
spoke to the hotel staff they said if i go through the online booking and request refund they will accept and process.
so i did but trip.com informed me the hotel rejected my refund .
very disappointed with the hotel bad attitude
