沒熱水，請酒店人員處理但卻頻頻拖延處理，或稱已經修理完畢，告知一樣沒熱水後又躲避回應，之後前前後後修理了2小時多的結論：抱歉壞掉了。當下超級傻眼詢問換房，店員即表示全滿，要求退費也只退非常少！換來的是洗澡洗一半在那邊等他們修理最後著涼感冒的結果。非常不推薦！！！

論地理位置和環境，在佩尼達算不錯的了，雖然離景點相對比較遠，但是既然已經決定了不是一日遊，住在島上，其實就不用在乎距離，我覺得也還好，酒店到達景點最遠的不到一個小時，兩天玩玩也差不多了又不趕時間，這個酒店唯一要挑毛病的就是洗澡水熱的不夠久就涼到了，所以洗一個人可以在等等洗另外一個人。
這個酒店的餐食很不錯，自助早餐相對還可以，中晚餐很好吃呢，服務也還不錯
