Great quiet location in friendly family Homestay close to the centre of UBUD. We loved this place , the room was super clean and very comfortable, the best nights sleep in the whole of Bali ! The place was so peaceful and the family couldn’t be more accommodating. The breakfast was amazing , and the gardens were lovely! Super great value for money ! I would definitely recommend this place ! Book early or I doubt you will get in .

Quiet upper room with lovely balcony view , close to attractions and restaurants. Clean room with good air conditioning. Sampo and his family on hand to help. Sampo also took us for guided tour in his car for small fee, Breakfast lovely but takes a while ( about 15 mins as it’s prepared fresh with care ). Towels are scratty and need replacing.

It is a rather long walk from the Main Street (Hanoman) if you have many luggages. As I got off a cab on Main Street, I dragged my suitcase for about 300m. Pls note that street isn’t smooth ( not asphalt) The owner says even cars can pull out in front of the homestay but I somehow doubt it. At least the owner owns a car. Therefore he should be allowed to drive his car up to the homestay. Every tour guide (driver) asked me to wait for them on the main street (Hanoman) As of July 2023, there are 4 rooms and I booked a room with a garden but it is next to the reception and it looks less private if you keep the curtain open. All the other rooms are on the second level. Rooms on the second floor look very cozy with privacy but only stairs, no lift. Room is very clean and spotless. The floor is polished very well. - AC - Mini fridge - Wi-fi - Patio (sofa/table) - Hot water shower - A welcome drink - water - electric kettle Breakfast is served between 0730 and 1000. One morning I had to leave at 0800, I asked Sampo (Owner) to prepare my breakfast a bit early. It was no problem. Daily cleaning is provided. I am happy with my choice. It is a very nice place to stay. The floor is cracked because of the earthquake back in 2019 and they haven’t been repaired but it isn’t a big deal. Just walk carefully if the room you stay in has a cracked floor. Breakfast is very lovely. You will have a choice of Scrambled egg or omelets or banana pancake. I didn’t have an opportunity to try scrambled eggs but I enjoyed the banana pancake pretty much. Also fruit cocktail or fruit juice. You can start your day with healthy options. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful.

Ho prenotato 7 notti dal 21 al 28 settembre su Booking in questo b&b leggendo le varie recensioni. Un soggiorno che è costato 3.000.000Rp circa €200 per una camera matrimoniale con colazione. Il b&b si trova in un vicoletto stretto di Ubud anche se il taxi riesce ad entrarci con tanto di insegna all'ingresso e varcata la porta si prosegue oltre per accedere alla proprietà del b&b. Ad accoglierci il proprietario Sampo, una persona davvero di cuore, gentilissima e super accogliente. Ci ha portato un drink di benvenuto (davvero eccezionale) e abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere in attesa della camera. Purtroppo ci ha raccontato anche della perdita recente di sua moglie Putu e lì ci siamo sentiti toccati nel profondo perchè ancora gli occhi di Sampo sono pieni d'amore per sua moglie. Ci ha spiegato l'orìgine del nome del b&b, le tre Win perchè ha tre figli, Windi, Winda e Windo. Ci è stata data la camera n°4 al piano di sopra, molto grande e ben arredata con una vetrata e portafinestra che si apre su un ampio terrazzo dove la mattina ci veniva portata la colazione. Il bagno abbastanza grande con doccia, wc e lavabo. Il letto in legno abbastanza comodo, scrivania in legno con frigo, bollitore, due bottiglie di acqua free solo il primo giorno, un armadio (peccato che manchi una cassaforte). Wi-fi funzionante. La location è silenziosa e circondata da alberi di frangipani. Tutto pulito. La colazione veniva servita sul tavolino del terrazzo con acqua calda per thè/caffè, due succhi freschi diversi ogni mattina e buonissimi e a scelta o pancake alla banana o omelette (peccato che non ci fosse la frutta fresca). L'unica pecca un pò la tempistica della colazione perchè sono un pò lenti nel portarla e il problema è se uno ha degli orari di tour o altro da rispettare, infatti alcune mattine abbiamo dovuto sacrificare la colazione perchè eravamo in ritardo per iniziare il tour. L'ultimo giorno Sampo ci ha aiutato a prendere il taxi che ci portasse a Sanur. Soggiorno consigliato a chi vuole sentirsi come a casa. Grazie Sampo e speriamo a presto Daniela e Michele.

Very friendly and always helpful hosts! Wonderful clean apartments with wonderful tiles, good location very close to the centre within walking distance! Excellent breakfast is included and you even can rent a motorbike! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean room with lots of comfort, private terras with comfortable furniture. Bathroom is very nice, shampoo and showergel is provided, soft towels. Your own fridge and electric waterkettle is provided, you are able to drink coffee or tea the whole time. Friendly family is welcoming you with a nice fresh drink. Breakfast is so good!!!!! Pancakes, balinese specialities, eggs, toast, fruit, freshmade fruitjuice, smoothie, all included in the price. And all served with a smile and a friendly word. I stay here for two weeks. I feel very ´at home´
