We stayed here the last night in bali and we regretted immediately when we arrived - we need more days here as this resort is too nice to only stay for a day. Saying by someone we had a nice hotel hopping in bali and tried all the fancy one. It is more relaxed environment and has a very similar room setting as the Bulgari.

We spent 5 days here for our honeymoon and 5 days at another part of Bali and it was the perfect stay. Customer service is brilliant with lovely food. The facilities are excellent and the private pool is great. I loved staying there and would definitely go back. Thanks for an amazing time. There is a car service to take you to the beach or to other areas of the hotel area. What amazed me was that all the hotels are in the one area, so you're walking around a large 5 star complex, as opposed to a local area. I would recommend this place to anyone, it's amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful hotel that go the extra mile. Small issue with day trip to Ubud dealt with quickly and professionally by Harry. We had a wonderful time and would reccomend this hotel to everyone. Highlights: Spa, Villa, grounds of the hotel, gym and Nusa Dua is amazing!

We had a great time at the resort. The staff and service are amazing. The villas are great for couples who want to just chill away from the hustle bustle of the city. The Spa is undergoing a renovation. So we went to Zahra Spa nearby which was excellent.

In the morning, you will see people doing yoga by the pool. There are not many Chinese tourists, mostly European and American tourists. Service: I sent an email to the villa in advance to book the pool floating afternoon tea, and explained that we were on a honeymoon trip. The staff took the initiative to reply that they would give special arrangements. After arriving, I found that the bathtub was covered with flower petals, the bed was also decorated, and a small cake was given.
