Good facilities, good service, breakfast needs more variety, check-in preparation needs to be improved so that at 14:00, the room is ready.
The WIFI in room 201 needs to be repaired, the cable is broken

Hi.. I love the location very much because it's been surrounded by nature. When u get up in the morning u can hear the bird chirping.. Having breakfast with the forest view & can get massage spa especially after a whole day ubud tour.The hotel staff is really friendly & helpfull.. Only one particular thing im not happy with the item in hotel room.. No soap, no hairdryer no cap bathrope as mention when I book in the apps.. I need to call reception to get it & when I ask for 1 pillow extra .. The said there's a group of guest coming so we can't but there is few room is no guest..overall every is good...

We extended one more night in a room with balcony. The room was prepared early at 10:00 and we could move after breakfast. We had a balcony room in the third floor with a nice view to the garden, Swimmingpool and the area around with palmtrees. We took a delicious dinner. The stuff was very friendly and served us very well. They fulfilled any wish we ever had. We had a good breakfast and We could check out late at 1pm. Thank you so much for the nice stay. We recommend this hotel as a quiet and nice hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! The rooms were fantastic, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. My family and I were delighted with our stay and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service

One of the worst place to live in. It's a one star hotel not a four star. Hot water does not come all the time. You will get only 2 towel a day(you are on an island, you will need more) Pools are not clean. Daily housekeeping does not clean bathtub. You ask for anything and they start crying. Creamer took 3 calls. There are better hotel in this price range.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family in a two room villa with a private pool. Rooms are nicely decorated with big rooms and toilets and a common dining space along with a seating area with TV and a terrace. If any one desires they can cook also. Only the pool depth is 150 cm which is high for the kids they were not able to enjoy in the private pool. But in the common pool they enjoyed. The ambience is nice. But there was no Buffet breakfast. Options are limited for breakfast and quantity is less. So apart from breakfast and pool issue all is good.

We booked a villa with swimming pool and boy it didn't disappoint. Room huge 4 poster bed .bathroom the size of my house back home. Great patio bit upstairs. Swimming pool amazing . Loved every bit of our 4 days . Staff helpful and friendly. Rita was our waitress with a trainee helping her on our last two days. Always greeted with a huge smile . There's not much to do but chill. If you need a taxi just a wee walk to the right of the hotel and you will find Herman's tour guide/taxi . We hired him for two days and it was great to see the less touristy Bali. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next February. Thanks also to the gardener who climbed the wall into our room when we managed to lock ourselves out. The lovely gentleman at reception (sorry can't remember your name) thanks for your help with everything . Room 101 ...

This hotel is worst in whole UBUD .this hotel provides poor food and worst security . staff also behaved bad on complaining . they don't know what is hospitality and how to provide service to the customer .no one should stay in hotel like this..
