服務很好， 但是裝修陳舊， 床品不舒服， 請自帶一次性毛巾。 早餐品類有限。 出行Grab也是很方便。

這個酒店真的是很影響出遊心情，本來想要泳池花卉給女朋友過節，結果床上都成螞蟻窩了，如果一兩個都可以理解，但是太嚇人了，不僅女朋友身上被咬，而且紅螞蟻還有毒，她還過敏到很難受，紅一片一片的，以後還不知道會有什麼症狀，會不會更嚴重，而且並沒有在房間吃任何東西，並不是人為因素。真的太太太不聯繫大家在這家住了，出行還是保護好自己的身體，我們花卉加住房花費3000，他們花卉打五折退我700多就想解決問題，怎麼可能呢？缺這幾百塊錢嗎？沒有一個良好的解決態度，差評！！！女朋友還一直跟我生氣，簡直很失望，破壞了想在峇里島度過假期的美好行程，如果不能給很好的解決，我會一直投訴，我們出行的機票酒店都是在攜程訂的，因為相信攜程有很好的售後才會沒報團，竟然有這種事情出現，以後更不會用攜程出遊了，對於客服和酒店都給差評，根本不能解決問題，回國我會繼續打12345投訴，美好的出遊竟然有這種事情的發生，真的太噁心了！！！想看螞蟻窩的請看視頻吧

給我沖，這家服務真的非常好
不管是講英文的，還是會講中文的，都很貼心。
如果沒有安排其他花瓣泡澡的，可以直接預訂酒店的泳池花瓣漂浮早餐。價格1500 樣子，鋪滿整個泳池，下次還要來，體驗一下
衹要這次安排了其他花瓣按摩，就沒有選擇重複了
首先這家酒店人員服務真的很給力，第二天一早要去追海豚，會很貼心準備打包的早餐給我們帶着路上吃。很乾凈、味道也很不錯、麪包水果、果汁都不少
價格也不是很貴，每晚1 千加
