Okay..staffs are trying their best. The villa are getting old and since it is considered as generous space in villa, maintaining it a challenge to them I reckoned.
One night all villas were totally out of water (shower/tap/toilet etc), it was a tough night to go through

Located in the Jimbaran area, surrounded by high-end hotels/hotels with Balinese-style design and private pools, you will not be bored staying in the hotel all day long. It is very close to Jimbaran Beach and Kuta Beach. , the CP value and cost-effectiveness are very high. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to help. If you have any problems during your stay, they will always smile and treat you very professionally. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Great service from the staff, from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant. Breakfasts were good, but some of the room service items were not so great, so I wouldn’t eat anything there other than in the morning.
The private pools are excellent and a really great amenity to have, and there’s a larger pool near the dining area which is fantastic as well. Be warned, the pool deck gets extremely hot due to the Balinese sun and dark paint colors on the deck.
Overall a great stay, just wish that some of the food had been up to a higher standard.
