We had such an amazing stay with Hitel Nikko it has been a must see for a couple go years now the family room was great
Beds cosy bathrooms beautiful
Lived how the usb port was available in wall too for travellers made life easier
The pool bar and pool was amazing 🤩
Loved the view of the beach and how relaxing and well kept the grounds were

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family during Golden Week.
We got a connecting room with 2 single beds as requested. The room was spacious, and it felt great to soak in the hot bathtub.
There were plenty of amenities too. I liked the batik nightwear, it was comfortable.
The only thing I was disappointed about was that the air conditioner vents were dirty.
The breakfast buffet was also delicious.
I did morning yoga for an additional fee, and it felt great.
The location was good, and there were many restaurants, spas, and laundry services.
The pool and sea were easy to swim in.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.
We stayed in a typical Balinese building, and it was a very satisfying trip. Thank you.

The hotel is close to the sea, large in size and beautiful in environment. The breakfast is rich and you can overlook the sea. The furniture in the room is a bit old.

Overall it's ok, breakfast is included. 5 stars is a bit high, about 4 stars! The swimming pool is not bad.
There is a spa in the hotel, which is not bad, you need to make an appoin**ent in advance, and there seem to be only 2 masseuses in it.

Got a room facing an old building that wasn't finished being built for the reason of ordering online (so it was like being trapped and when the offer should have been explained, you would get a room with a really bad view), the elevator was old and the buttons were dusty and hadn't been cleaned and the swimming pool water was dirty/not clear as if it hadn't been maintained the filter)
The rooms are still OK, the food is OK, the service is OK only at the Front Office when you ask to move rooms with an additional fee of Rp. 200,000/room. The female waiter seems *****y and unfriendly)
