We were checked into a room at the very bottom, it was a very long walk to get there, and the room was very tired, there was no Wi-Fi in it, fortunately, upon request, they immediately provided another one that was already better, but the safe did not work in it) The territory is a gorgeous spa, in general a work of art, breakfasts are good!

This is an historical hotel with traditional features and spacious bungalows. For older travellers ensure you book a room close to the lobby. The property is on a steep valley setting above a fas flowing creek. Many steps will give you a real leg workout. The site is adjacent to a temple andò the famous Ridge walk. All accessible front the hotel.
Has 2 x pools and a cavs style spar setting. Impeded in the jungle a real experience for visitors.

The hotel is really very beautiful. The view is superb. But don't expect room conditions. There will be sharp differences in likes and dislikes here. We liked the hotel, so we went for the second time, but this time the staff was really bad. Every time we met, they asked us when we would check out, so we took a taxi. It's closed and I don't want to go there again.

LOVE AND LOVE THIS SPA HOTEL !!
Such an amazing staff from check in to checkout . The staff at the restaurant are so wonderful , I wish I could stay longer . Very attentive to everyone, and I enjoy the breakfast and Balinese cocktails that was staff recommended.
The spa amazing , the sound of the river , and nature around you as you enjoy and relax .
A lot of people from outside came for the spa hot springs !
I enjoy the different pools as well. Walking distance to the main road that connects to many bars, and restaurants that you can choose from.
I look forward to coming back again with my family and husband .
Only negative thing … maybe not to let people smoke in the lobby and have an outside designated area for smoking people . I didn’t enjoy waiting to checkout and watching a group of Russian light up cigarettes and smoke indoor and didn’t take into account myself and other people. Though the space is design openly , non smokers should not have to put up with smokers.

Average tired hotel. At first they gave me a room that had not been restored, with a bathroom from a Soviet sanatorium, and with a barn lock on the front door. We asked for a change and they changed it. It seems better, but still everything is old. The shower is running, the mirrors are clean at the height the cleaner reached, then there is darkness. There are a lot of ants everywhere, even in the bathroom. Old doors, old furniture. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows (they are just wooden). The floors are just swept.
Nice balcony overlooking the area. That's why a solid 5 is the territory! Unusual beautiful area! There's a river flowing below! Above are two swimming pools. Spa. Paths between houses. Everything is beautiful. Normal breakfast. Not the best, but not the worst either)

Of course we can't blame the driver, because we had to go too far, and the hotel immediately helped us find a car at the same price. The hotel also has a small taxi team.

It was really the best hotel for this price. The view is amazing, but the bathroom was really old, the bedding was musty, and I got hives after using water haha. Nevertheless, we liked it.
really! The swimming pool is nice, but when I dived in with goggles on, it didn't seem like they were cleaning and the breakfast was just snacks, so it was still good.
