One of the best experiences in Bali! I was surprised high quality service and hospitality. The area of hotel big and well-groomed, you can walk on ghe garden, rest in the laundry working hall, training in the gym or chill near the big pool. For this money it's amazing deal, 100000% recommend. Thanks to the crew hotel, always smile, helpful and positive vibe 🙏🙏🙏

It's old and tired, and the location is not good. It's a long way to go. Not recommended

Very good hotel could be there for 3 weeks

1st time visit for us to Bali & we chose East Bali to be away from the busyness of the world. Ramayana Candidasa has far exceeded our expectations! Everything has been perfect and beautiful. The staff are all so kind, caring and attentive. Nothing is a problem for anyone to help us. The most beautiful relaxing area with pool, deck chairs, sun beds, shade houses etc. The pool is very cleans and well maintained. The gardens are just beautiful and flowerbeds and lawns so well maintained - lovely and tropical with lots of flowers. There is one restaurant - Gupta. Buffet breakfast $A18 pp includes cap / latte coffee. Lunch - poolside menu has some delicious choices - best spring rolls / delicious chicken satay skewers etc - approx $A11 per dish Dinner - ala carte menu or a banquet (we haven’t tried this yet). Delicious nasi goreng, fried noodles, crispy duck, 1/2 chicken $A15-20 / dish Love just getting out of the pool, showering and going out for dinner. The spa is divine - massages & reflexology so far - feeling amazing. Our driver Ateng organised by the resort is fantastic!! So kind and helpful. There’s just so much to love about this resort. Well done to the Managers and teams working here and thank you! Gemini supermarket in town great - also has beers etc to purchase - cheaper than the bottle shop. Authorised money changer (next door to bottle shop) (bottle shop very expensive)

What an amazing hotel to stay at. Our wedding anniversary was made so special. Big thanks to Ni Kadek Suriastini. And I Komang Suparwata at the resturant. Front desk staff amazing. Astiti made the booking easy. Will be back. Highly recommend as quiet hotel with beautiful facilities

I spent 4 nights at this hotel (second visit) and found it a wonderful place to relax. I enjoyed the pool and listening to the waves as it is set right next to the sea. I requested and received a garden cottage close to the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the garden is well maintained. Breakfast wasn't nearly as good as when I stayed there in 2017, but overall Rama Candidasa is good value. The setting is so beautiful and quiet and I had a relaxing stay at a very reasonable price. It is a good base for exploring East Bali.

We love this hotel, we have a great room that over looks the ocean, pool and restaurant. All night we can hear the waves breaking. The restaurant has wonderful views out to sea and the staff are super friendly. The room we have is great, everything is close and it is a nice size to keep it very friendly, no vast restaurants. We did the cooking class and this also includes a trip to the market with the chef, who shows you around and helps you to buy unusual food, (well unusual to us, like Dragon fruit). We also went to see how sea salt is collected and this was one women doing the work in a small hut on the beach, then we stopped at the Batcave temple, totally fantastic. Back to hotel for a swim and lazy pool hour, then into the restaurant where it was all set up for us. The chief was great and showed us how to cook 4 dishes, which we then sat down to eat. So much food with extra food put into. I really recommend this one, I have been to a few around the world and this was my best one.

We had 3 wonderful nights at this resort in a deluxe garden view room. We loved everything about this resort, the room was lovely, staff were attentive and could not do enough for us, the food at Garpu was very good and drink prices were reasonable. The pool was also pristine and perfect temperature. Plenty of day beds around the pool. Overall we had a great stay, would recommend this resort and would stay again.

We stayed at this resort prior to going to a conference in Singapore, first off the staff are most accommodating and will take care of everything for your visit. They set up the airport transfers, when we got to the airport our driver was there waiting for us holding a sign, for our departure, we had to leave at 5 am to go to the airport and they put together two boxed breakfasts for us. Everyone in the resort staff is very friendly and accommodating. They took time to learn our names and greeted us everywhere. While there we scheduled through the resort "The Romantic Dinner" on the beach which was absolutely fabulous. The meal and ambiance were lovely and we would certainly recommend it. We also scheduled the Cooking Class where we left in the morning with the Chief, Wyan, who took us to one of the largest markets where he introduced us to many things that we "must try", we tried many treats and fruits that we had never seen before. After the market we went back to the resort Restaurant, the Garpu, where we (with the Chief) cooked up our lovely lunch. There was so much food that they boxed it up and kept it for us to come back to have for another meal at the restaurant. When we did the prepped it just as beautifully as when it was originally cooked. Another fun activity was snorkeling in the Blue Lagoon, which we also scheduled through the resort. The area we went too was clear, blue and full of tropical fish. The resort in general is beautiful and very well maintained, the grounds crew were constantly manicuring the flower beds and trees, I saw them painting, scrubbing sidewalks and ponds on a daily basis. On top of that they were all very friendly. I cannot forget to mention the spa, the staff was great and we had a spa treatment everyday that we were there, I even had a fabulous 90 minute massage on the beach. The prices were very, very reasonable. The resort accommodates kids fine, we were there as a couple and only saw a very few children, which made it very nice and relaxing. Even though the resort is a ways away from all of the touristy attractions, we had a very fulfilling visit and got a good taste of Bali at this resort and through the activities that they had to offer.

Excellent Resort. Beautiful location. Gardens and pool are immaculate. Plenty of umbrellas & deck chairs! Staff are amazing & so friendly! Villa near pool was wonderful! Ariwan on reception is so helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend this resort. So peaceful!

I had a great stay at Ramayana Candidasa.. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful and they helped me with every request great and small. The facilities were five star, always clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the food, they accommodated the breakfast to my needs.

The facility was immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The staff assisted me with my disability and the genuine care and concern for me shone throughout our stay. We had brilliant massages every day and whenever we needed something it was provided for us pronto. We will definitely be back next year if not sooner and highly recommend this resort ! Perfect relaxing holiday and just what we needed!
