Hotel looks very old, I have asked for LAN cable as the internet has logging issues but reception has never get back to me.. dust everywhere!

It was my first time in Korea. They were friendly and the food was delicious. The room was clean. The swimming pool was nice and I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Everything perfect except the food.
Indian Vegetarian food not available
So don’t book breakfast or dinner here there are many places nearby for indian food

Overall, we love the hotel as it's very convenient to all destinations and hotel staff were super warm too. The facade is also great with nice restaurant and pool. However, room need to be improved as it's pretty run down for some of the floor. Thanks to the staff, we were changed to another room on our 2nd and 3rd night stay. We will go there again for sure but hopefully a better room in the future

My first room was not the cleanest, and in disrepair....after being put in two rooms with broken air conditioners, I was upgraded by the very friendly staff to a suite. That was a completely different experience. The suites are very well maintained and wonderful. It really felt like two different hotels....so if you're going to stay here, pay the extra money and get a suite. The staff is incredibly nice and really understand customer service.

Hotel 10-15mins walk from the high-end shopping malls n surroundings. That said, it is short walk to the beach, eateries n inside hotel is very nice. We booked 2 rooms - room w bathtub does not have separate shower so u need to shower in tub . Our second room w no bath tub is better as it is renovated n got more modern shower area. Suggest don’t book room w tub as tub is too old-dirty for a good soak. Nice hotel.

We were upgrated to the resort room nomber 904 but the aicon did not work very hot inside do we were moved to 903 the aircon worked but it was not as good as the ones at another hotel we have been so i dont want to stay there again. The stayers were 90 percent indians.

It’s a beautiful hotel that has a cultural flare. The pool is amazing and the amenities are great. The room isn’t as soundproof though so you might hear the children screaming and running through the hallway.

We booked again second time meeting the expectation as per our previous stay,but we received an bad room in 2nd floor ..the bathroom was disgusting and ac was split and room was noisy due to water leakage in the toilet .

Beautiful hotel, upgrade my room with one of their suites, very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing lots of variety must try balinese coffee. Very beautiful pool and the way it set up with all greenery around very clam and peaceful.

Hotel is fine for a short stay especially if flying in late or flying out early.
The hotel rooms are a little dated and could do with a revamp.
Pool area is adequate, however due to the amount of vegetation (lovely for giving that outdoor, jungle feel) it does mean beds in the sun are limited.

When we arrived at Ramayana 28/03/23 we were offered Lumbung room or one bedroom suit i took second one because did not have steps to enter.One bedroom suit is nice and modern but not perfect, in kitchen no towel had asked room keeper but got one from bathroom. Two large smart TV but smart bar is cut off so no Netflix or Youtube had to watch boring cable tv.Swiming pool there is no grab rail so for oldery person is problem to get out of pool, also massage and spa is on second floor with more than 20 steps to get there but no hand rail or lift. Breakfast is served at restaurant Gabah must admit for a price of $15AU.is very good breakfast,also had a dinner for 8 nights and that was good.Price is not cheap look cheap on menu but on end is added service charges and local tax which add extra about 26%.Staff from front desk to cheff and gardiner all of them are super caind Thank You Staff for helping me and my Mrs.If someone ask me what number i would give Ramayana from 10 that would be BIG 9.
