풀장 컨디션, 룸 컨디션 전부 좋았어요~
구경하며 잘 놀다 갑니다
아쉬운 점:
직원이 많아서 그런지 이전에 묵은 호텔보다 직원분 서비스가 못하다고 느꼈습니다.
객실 전화기가 목소리가 잘 들리지
않고 사용법을 알기 어려웠으며 그중 한번은 프론트에 전화를 걸었더니 제 목소리가 들리지 않는다며 끊겨 버렸습니다.
객실 내 냉장고가 굉장히 약합니다.

Pool hopping paradise! We love the different swimming pools between four Ayana hotels. The shuttle bus is very convenient and the breakfast is great. Don’t miss the private beach and Rock bar.

체크인 시간이 지났음에도, 방 청소가 되지 않아서 체크인이 늦어졌습니다. 짐도 늦게 올려줘서 예정되어 있던 스케쥴에 차질이 생겨 일행모두가 곤란했고, 이 문제에 관하여 빠르게 해결해주지 않았습니다.
그럼에도 현장에 있는 한국인 직원분이 친절하게 잘 해결해주어서 기분좋게 여행을 마무리 했습니다.
바쁜 체크인 시간이라 있을 만한 해프닝이지만 데스크 직원의 서비스는 조금 개선이 될 필요가 있어보입니다
