Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort Reviews

The super friendly staff made the stay delightful and enjoyable. The facilities of the hotel left very much to be desired. The room was pleasant but dated. The hotel was under renovation though thankfully we didn’t hear any noise - most likely because it was a whole week of holiday for the locals. The pool was small. The BBQ dinner we had was overpriced for the food they were serving. But as I mentioned, the friendly staff made up for the imperfections.

Resort was quite big and located nicely at kuta beach. Staff was supportive and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were limited, we had to order one day in advance for some specific request which is not that convinient..

This was my first time staying at this location of the Sheraton. Every single minute of our stay was absolutely incredible. Anggi checked us in and was so friendly and hospitable, she really has a very warm presence and is in the best position in front of house greeting new guests. Our room was not ready, and when it was, Anggi promptly contacted me on WhatsApp, and when we got to the room, our luggage was already in there, which was very convenient. The breakfast service is impeccable. The staff always greet you by name and and are very helpful in getting your coffee and food orders. We enjoyed sundowners at the rooftop bar as well as the happy hour in the pool. Service was always great. Everything was always fresh, well-made and delicious. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which is so convenient and also is directly across from the Kuta beach. This road does get insanely busy and traffic is an issue, however, this hotel and staff hospitality more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel. When I go back to Kuta, I will definitely stay here again. 

It’s our wedding anniversary. I’m over whelm by their service. I’m not being over . But it’s a perfect service. Every single day they make our day. The deco on bed. And last day of our stay there’s a firework!

Great location, right next to kuta beachwalk. Nice view from the balcony. Recommended if you want to stay in kuta area. Maybe can put a few fan in the lobby and reception area, too hot there 😁

Conveniently located beside Beachwalk mall which has many shops and eateries. Hotel staff are very friendly. Room is fairly large and has partial view of the beach (upgraded to partial view room). Breakfast is good with lots of options. Hotel pools are very small though.

It’s Good Morning place to stay with 3-4 nights the service 10/10 the housekeeper very fantastic even they prepared small tent ⛺️ for my daughter also celebrate her birthday with cake gift from hotel restaurant the location perfect , even who like shopping in first floor in main steer there’s the biggest mall shopping in Kuta , I recommend this hotel For breakfast under Marriott control so it’s amazing The hotel 5stars I don’t recommend the sea view room because you can’t see the sea clearly🤗

The location is superb. It is well connected to the Beachwalk shopping mall and the centre of the Kuta beach is just right in front of the hotel 😃 kids like the swimming pool, and all of us (family of 4) like the breakfast as provided by hotel. We will definitely back to Bali and stay in this hotel again 👍🏼

The location is good but gets noisy at night with vehicle noise getting into your room at late night Furniture quality is very average. Overall the room quality falls under the 3 to 4-star category despite the hotel being under 5 star category overall.

Good location next to mall and close to beach. Staff are very friendly. Road is always traffic in holiday season.

The hotel is clean and modern, my room was spacious and well decorated. The balcony is big and you can indeed see the ocean from it. I should have expected it with the location, it’s super busy, there’s a road right in front of the hotel and the beach is lined with trees (yay) and tons, TONS of little shacks selling corn, jewellery, drinks etc… The service is exceptional, they have little details like using your name. The pool is great and sun loungers are comfy!
