Very good hotel. It's worth the money. Easy access to metro. Exceptional helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room. Quite. Nice gym and sauna. Good location. Breakfast is good. The only thing I suggest is that they prepare the fried eggs when you need them (they were cold and omelette was very plain)

The hotel was renovated in the early years. It is relatively old and has a musty smell. There are bars all along the street in front of the hotel. It is very noisy at night. When I checked in, I communicated with the front desk for a long time and hoped to be assigned a room facing inside. I agreed, but I was arranged to face the outside street. After communicating with the room again, the receptionist's attitude was very bad. He was very impatient and said that he had to add 100,000 Indonesian rupiah before he would change the room. I couldn't sleep well and was afraid of the noise, so I had no choice but to add money to change the room. Later I found out that the person who stayed at the hotel that night had no choice but to change the room. There were very few people there. Even though there were rooms available, they were not given a room change and were charged extra money. It was very inhumane. This hotel was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Bali.
