Friendly staff who opted not to tell us about the shuttle between the hotel end the big shopping mall. They also gave 1 small unit of shampoo when we were 2 guests in the room.

During our 5-day, 4-night stay, we experienced a truly pleasant and enjoyable time at the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, each offering a balcony with unique views—one overlooking the pool and the other the spa area. The peacefulness after 10pm added to the sense of exclusivity and relaxation.
We had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the last two days, each time discovering different menus which we found to be quite satisfying. Overall, our experience was excellent! I would like to extend special recognition to Rista and Amanda from the check-in staff, as well as Agung and Edwin from the restaurant for their exceptional help and hospitality. Their contributions truly enhanced our stay.

It was an excellent experience!!! Totally recommended. A great hotel and great service. The only drawback is that you have to take a walk to get to the beach or the restaurant area, but if you are looking for rest this is your place.
