這是一家很棒的酒店，我們入住的這三天，感覺都很愉悅，唯只是少了中文的服務，希望能夠加強這個部份哦。
Spa個人覺得還要加油。房間屬於比較舊的。但是對的起他這個價格，畢竟也不貴。

The staff are super nice. Facilities are good but some maintenance may be required at the room. Location is perfect for us. It is quite but very easy to go to the city. The bar opposite to the hotel is perfect as well

Real life is better than photos which is unexpected for the price.
Service is superb however there’s room for improvement for the hotel food.
Nearby there’s a corner mart which is walkable distance from the hotel.
There’s floating breakfast provided but comes with extra charges.
Good hotel and service will come back again !

Floor of the outdoor living was cracked in various points. One of the 2 fans was stuck. Rest was perfect, amazing villa

The privacy of the villa was immaculate! Even though the villa is surrounded by other villa complexes, you hear little to nothing from them. Room service/cleaning was properly done daily. Also, the employees were always very friendly and did their all to give us the best time here. Would definitely recommend - 5/5

従業員さんの対応がとても良く、英語が苦手で会話に不安もありましたが、みなさんが笑顔で接してくれたので、安心して楽しく過ごすことができました。ご飯も豪華で、たくさんの種類を選べて美味しかったです。プールでの朝食は初めての経験で、リッチな気分を味わうことができました。お部屋も大変きれいで、景色も良く、部屋で満喫する時間もすごくよかったです。 またバリに来る機会があれば、ぜひもう一度宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

A very high value hotel at very reasonable price. The villa with the pool is excellent. The spa massage is also very nice with very cheap price. The hotel location is ok given that we take Grab anyways.

Such a gorgeous place to stay! We loved staying here. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to assist you and create a lovely stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in the area!
