This is a great hotel. We felt very happy during the three days we stayed there. The only thing missing is the Chinese service. I hope this part can be strengthened.
Personally, I think Spa needs to work harder. The room is relatively old. But for the price, it's not expensive after all.

The staff are super nice. Facilities are good but some maintenance may be required at the room. Location is perfect for us. It is quite but very easy to go to the city. The bar opposite to the hotel is perfect as well

Real life is better than photos which is unexpected for the price.
Service is superb however there’s room for improvement for the hotel food.
Nearby there’s a corner mart which is walkable distance from the hotel.
There’s floating breakfast provided but comes with extra charges.
Good hotel and service will come back again !

Our first time in Bali and Wolas made it super easy. All the staff were outstanding. Very friendly and happy to help, without being intrusive. We stayed in Villa 12B and it exceeded our expectations. Having a quiet, private space, with a pool was a really great retreat from the intensity of Seminyak. The food in their restaurant is also very good and delicious cocktails too. Two Doors Restaurant around the corner has excellent food and service too. We hope to be back again in a few years time. Thanks for such a fabulous experience. Anna & Randall

The Wolas villas and spa is the best place for my holiday in Bali. All the staff are very friendly, nice and humble. The food, coffee and massage are good as well. I would highly recommended this place for your holiday. Thank you so much for make me a wonderful birthday and a very nice homemade cake too.
