This hotel was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Everything was perfect.

Viceroy never failed to amaze us. We stayed there for the first time in 2019. This time we went back and again, we enjoyed our stay. Also to have dinner at the Aperitif restaurant. Amazing hospitality and wonderful resort to stay with your loved ones.

We stayed at Viceroy Bali in order to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Every staff is so kind and makes us happy while staying. The room condition is perfect and clean. There are no insects, even tiny ants, in the private villa. You can move with a buggy from your room to the main facilities. If you want to go to Ubud downtown, call the concierge. They will provide a pick-drop-service. Thank you to all the staff in Viceroy Bali!! I just came back to Singapore with good memory from there. I'll visit again next time.

The hotel is opened by the French and is a medium-sized exquisite resort hotel. The architectural style combining French and Indonesian styles can be seen everywhere. The iconic Indonesian smile, the joy and enthusiasm from the inside out are unforgettable and will be returned if there is a chance. Come again. Thanks!

The private pool in the room was very clean. They provided attentive service, and although the price was high, the satisfaction level was high and I would recommend it.

Let’s put it this way, this is the worst hotel among the six hotels I stayed at. I booked it because of the good reviews. The swimming pool is indoors and the color of the swimming pool is very dark. You know the feeling when you go to the bathroom and pass by the swimming pool at night. It has a weird design and the shower room has no door, so it is not suitable for family travel! Have you ever seen a room charge of more than 4,000 per night to use this towel? The most speechless thing is the air conditioner. If you don't turn on the air conditioner at night, you will be hot to death. If you turn on the air conditioner, the noise of the air conditioner will be noisy to death. We were so noisy that we didn't fall asleep until 4 o'clock in the morning. Don’t have any expectations for breakfast. It’s really not as good as hotel breakfasts worth thousands of dollars in China. The staff are very nice, they always smile and say hello to everyone they see. The hotel hardware is really bad!

I went on a honeymoon. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. Besides, the food is really good!!! From floating breakfast to room service food, everything is recommended!!

Could it be heaven? It was so good. However, there was a drink bottle under the bed..! You couldn't clean it because you couldn't see it, but I gave it 4 points because of that. The swimming pool was really clean compared to other pool villas! The rest is the best. The water quality seems to be better than other places? Haha (As a result of using the shower filter, it was the accommodation with the least color change)
