Great location. Near the ocean. The hotel is in a beautiful Balinese style. Very beautiful. The rooms are simple but clean. We stayed in this hotel for the entire vacation.

After 28 days hotel hopping. Lowest rating given this far. Outside the room picture perfect. Bathroom plumbing has no vent, sewer smell require trip fill after use. Salty water shower or brush your teeth. A/C set at 16 can't do 25c. You judge from picture, if this bathroom was renovated last 25 years. Trip.com please 2 or 2.5 stars. I paid more than other 3-4 stars hotel here.

Good hotel. Even though we don't like Kuta, it's mostly family-friendly. The pool is clean, the staff is very nice and attentive, the rooms are not large but comfortable, they are cleaned every day. Thank you.

We moved to 3 houses after staying for two days. The first house stank to the point of making people vomit. The water in the second room smelled bad. It was said that it was caused by decoration. We changed rooms again. The third room was just so-so. However, a staff member secretly entered our room and stole the huge durian I bought. The attitude of the front desk was very bad, but Ctrip actively dealt with it and I was very pleased! Ctrip is great!

hotel located crowded area in Kuta, you can see lots of tourists there, but hotel around really quiet, also near to Kuta beach, hotel breakfast buffet is just amazing we really enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel was a great find. the architecture is beautiful, lots of green and fresh spaces, the swimming pools are a good size with a separate pool for children. Location is great 2 minute walk from Kuta beach, shops, souvenirs etc. the compromise is in the rooms. The water pressure in the showers is not great and the bathrooms are looking a little worn, other than that, I would definitely stay again. You get a welcome drink when you arrive, staff are very helpful and accomodating. really good value for money.
