Bad hotel. Bed bugs in room, had to leave after one night even though paid for three. I was bitten so badly. Service staff friendly but management is the worst. Does not reply Agoda chat and does not reply emails. Refuses to communicate on infestation issue. I am seeking recourse but The hotel is not talking to me, but is telling Agoda that i was 'no-show' despite me paying up at the counter on check-in, I had to furnish billing proof that i was there and prove that i paid in full. After jumping through all of the hoops, still nothing from Hotel or Agoda. You cannot trust Agoda reviews or Agoda as a booking platform. I gave the same review on Agoda, but the hotel averages 8/10 stars on Agoda, nothing bad is ever on there, my review was not published by Agoda. There is a severe conflict of interest wherein Agoda as a booking platform would like for you to only see the positive and hit the book button. As an aside, Beach is super awesome, but if you’re coming in with luggage, you have to trek trough a broken path about 50m down a hill and then walk through sand on the beach to get to hotel. Reverse this trek when going out every time. The pathway in on google streetview looks okay, but is now severely deteriorated. - be warned.
