酒店裡淡季沒人管理，很臟。搞不明白既想要淡季收工網上還掛着營業是什麼心態，衞生，環境一踏糊塗，到處都是蟲子，青蛙。如果不是太晚了絕對會離開。員工外語基本不怎麼會 溝通也麻煩。

這裡的工作人員很友善熱情，感覺非常好，ㄧ近來就覺得這裡讓人很舒服，房間乾淨明亮，廁所浴缸也夠大，開放式的泳池，還有公共空間，開放的廚房可以下廚，可以交朋友；這次來幾乎都是住滿，但是上下樓隔音不好，建議住在樓上的房間；距離梯田距離只有15分鐘左右，距離烏布市中心也大概13分鐘左右，酒店外有很多工藝品商店能逛，不過最近在修路交通不太好 路邊灰塵很大；我還會來住
