The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable!!!! Each bungalow is on its own small terrace for the aperos! The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and funny. The pick up from the boarding room costs 100 000 R (pretty cheap ...) Open kitchen at night only until 20:00 (goreng and sandwich club at top!). The reception guy was an absolute legend. My friend was so sick and he took her to the hospital without hesitating. He spent plenty of time with her and helped as much as he could and he didn't want to accept any money for it. The rooms are perfect according to the price and the scooter that we rent there was amazing too. Terima kasih!!!! 10/10

We stayed here in March 2023. We had a suite which was over two floors. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was outside, therefore if you’re staying here be prepared to share your space with a few creatures. There are also quite a few roosters running around the hotel. This was not a problem to us, however to those that may get bothered by noise, you may want to consider this as roosters can be very vocal. Things I think the room could benefit from would be a safe, a fridge and power sockets on the ground floor (there was one in the bathroom though which was on the ground floor). The menu in the restaurant was quite limited, but if you don’t fancy going out to a restaurant, I’m sure you’d find something suitable to eat. The food was good and well-priced. From the restaurant you can see the kitchen and watch the staff as they prepare your meal. If you like a little tipple in the evening, be warned, I could only see beer on the menu and there wasn’t any wine available. The staff were exceptional. I cannot fault them. Kadek was incredibly helpful. When we told him what we’d like to do on our days out, he organised everything for us. His brother, Manaday (apologies for the dodgy spelling of names) became our driver for four days and took us everywhere we wanted to go and guided us around. Kadek and his brother are the most accommodating hotel staff we have ever come across. Everything they organised for us was amazing and incredibly priced. If you love nature, this hotel is located in a perfect place. Surrounded by trees and vegetation, it’s a sight to see. The drive from the harbour was approx. 20 minutes up hill. The roads on Nusa Penida are (on the whole) awful, therefore having a driver was a god send for us. All in all, this was a magical retreat and we would certainly go again.
