出差基本都用攜程，非常便捷，服務也很給力，遇到問題境外找客服能快速得到回覆，酒店條件不錯的，關鍵很方便，樓下就是大超市，下次出差還會選擇，滿足出差需求足夠了

The rooms are clean and relatively eco-friendly. However many rooms overlook the main street and are noisy with the windows open. The a/c is ok but a little noisy at night when you are trying to sleep. The restaurant menu is extensive. The staff were helpful especially for choosing a bottle of wine to accompany the meal we had chosen. However our order arrived cold (including the french fries) so we sent it back. My dish was microwaved and was back on the table within five minutes. My partner's dish had new chips but the chicken skewer was still cold. Even so, both dishes were tasty and we would have them again. Hopefully served hotter next time! When we checked out the next morning we mentioned the problem with the food but the reception didn't react at all. As we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions this was rather disappointing customer service. Overall it's still our favourite hotel when staying in Balıkesir.

The hotel was brand new and clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. It is close to city centre with lot of breakfast and dining options on the way. I would definitely stay there again..

Blackout rest. Some problem with coordinates to hotel, but we found solution

sabah olsada çıksam hissiyatı ile geçen bir geceydi. Her şey çok kalitesiz ve eksiydi. Kapılar kapanmıyor içeri ses, rüzgar ve soğuk giriyor. Musluklar dışarı su fışkırtıyor, banyo fıskiyesi çok eski ve kalitesizdi.

Not enough English speaking staff Stayed here about 25 days total this year 2022. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety but they charge extra for cappuccino. They don’t explain how to access internet at check in you have to ask.

I am from kuwait and I enjoyed the hospitallity and wellcoming atmosphere and location perfect. 👍😍😍
