Ballyconnell Hotels with Bars

Stayed here for the first time and this is my honest review: Hotel and decor beautiful Every single member of staff where incredible (they are all a credit to the hospitality sector and the hotel) Our room 207 was nice only gripe was view but would request different one next time I really appreciated the water fountain on the floors and think this is a great feature for sustainability and for customers visiting the hotel, well done for that Didn't use the leisure facilities but my partner did and thinks we were both bit disappointed that we paid so much money to stay and dine, throughout the duration of our stay that I definitely think it should have been complimentary. I have 4 kids and the pool was very crowded and it would have been a lovely feature to have for couples visiting.I hope you change this in the future. Otherwise our stay was really lovely and would be back to visit soon as we loved the grounds so well maintained and felt like it was such a great added feature to this already beautiful hotel.
