My husband have just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. From check-in to check-out everything was faultless. We had booked an accessible room which was perfect for our needs. The Sandpiper restaurant was top notch and well priced. The staff at this establishment certainly know how to treat their customers and are, in my opinion, a real asset to the organisation. Well done to all and we hope to return soon.

The room I gave at the beginning was very bad. I only saw the kitchen. Later I upgraded to the best view. The experience is naturally excellent. Can you upgrade your ability to see your own communication skills? ^^ Breakfast, In fact, I think that every hotel in the UK and Ireland is almost the same, the service is very good. Guests can go to the museum with their room card. Also give a small tip, you can drive directly into the sights after 6 o'clock~

The hotel has a good environment, renting a car to the sea, there are 6,7 attractions, the scenery is really good, the original ecological feeling, but unfortunately the time is not enough, only went to three places. The breakfast is very good, the bar is better at night, there is a big supermarket behind, but it takes a circle to turn the fence.

We arrived slightly early but only had a short wait for our rooms. We stayed in room 1 for the 2nd time. Smell of fresh paint in the hallway and room and couldn't fault the decor. Complimentary tea, coffee (including coffee machine), biscuits, crisps and water. Bed and pillows comfortable to sleep on. You can hear other guests moving around upstairs but it didn't bother us or affect our sleep. Other family members had room 21. Not the best view but who goes away to look out a window anyway? It was a twin room and sufficient. Both safest didn't work and reported to reception. Was offered to use a safe in another room but just kept valuables with us in the end. Food was good with four of us opting for the pizza deal - 2 12inch pizzas, sides and drinks for £20. Pizzas are made in a wood fire oven and tasted good. On Friday night we opted for the steak deal. £20 for steak, side, sauce and drink. The wine with the deal wasn't the best but a slight improvement here could really make the deal perfect. Staff all work very hard and are very friendly - Brian was always flying around making sure everyone was happy. Barman worked his socks off. Lily took our food order for 6 people on Friday night and everything was spot on. It was the same at breakfast. Location is great too, just a short walk to Portrush town, beaches etc. Lovely stay overall, thanks guys. See you again.
