Cleanliness wise, not tip top, we had to call them to clean our room one more time, but service was good, had buggy service to go around the place

Love the place! This is especially for the privacy that you can get. It's sooooo peaceful. The only setback which to me is a pretty big deal is the rock wall on the beach since I wanted a hotel room that has direct access to the beach with the normal kind of beach view and beach feeling right on our doorstep. Other than this, it was an excellent holiday for me and my husband.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves

Breathtaking views and great hospitality

The building was a little run down. Other than that it was all good. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. We came during monsoon season. It was better than what we expected. We had a lot of fun.

The resort is really private and beautiful. The staffs are super friendly and very helpful. The real forest surrounding the resort giving a calm ambience for healing and relaxation.Loves the beach too.Overall a very nice experience and definitely will come again😊

My boyfriend and I recently celebrated his first birthday at this hotel, along with our little dog. We booked a beach view villa, and I must say, the room and service far exceeded my expectations. The architecture is amazing, the interior is beautifully decorated, and the amenities and bed was incredibly comfortable I want to express our gratitude for the special birthday decorations and the complimentary birthday cake. We loved the thoughtful gesture! It added an extra layer of joy to our stay.

Excellent service from the staff at The Kasturi from the moment we checked into the resort right till we checked out. All the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and went all out to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with free in room snacks and drinks for guests. We loved the bath tub and shower and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Only regret is that the beach is a bit difficult to access as I understand they had to put stonewalls due to flooding in the past. Would definitely come again!

I spent two nights at the Kasturi resort and it was a memorable experience. The resort is serene and tranquil, with spacious and comfortable rooms. I loved the private pool and the beachfront view from my chalet. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed kayaking on the clear blue sea and watching the turtles hatch on the shore. The Kasturi resort is a stunning place to relax and enjoy nature.

My finest staycation to date is this one. I have an amazing view of the ocean from my room. There is a superking bed in a large room with a large toilet. It truly is astounding. I'll be back here later💕

Parking very convenient with roof. Receptionist is very attentive & friendly. My check in going smoothly. This hotel take RM200 as deposit (cash/card). Room are clean and tidy. My small family love it very much. Will definitely come again to this resort.

We choose family forest villa with private pool for 2 adults and 3 children.. It was good and we are very happy to stayed here but there a few things that we doesn't like... About cleanliness of pool, choices of food for breakfast n rules for children age... Its really straight 😂N for the price of food for dine in and serving time, u can lower the price n make it fast n customer will choose you u more than go out to another restaurant bcoz we want relax n calm more than take time to go out, but its fun to stayed here n we will come back again for a nature n calm...i hope there a more improvement when i came back😘😘😘Tq...
