It was terrible. We arrived late and could not contact the property (number not in service). Upon arrival we were inform by the apps to pay RM30 (tax) however staff ask us for RM50. After argument only he said RM30 for tax RM20 deposit. Room given were very dirty. The bedsheets have stains, floor carpet have stains. Definitely my first & last time staying here. Worst 2 night here.

I booked 2 family rooms. The receptionist gave me the F2 and F7 units. I found the F7 compound muddy with an unpleasant environment. Make the decision to exchange with an F1 unit at an additional cost of rm20. Then found the water pressure too weak in the F1 unit but, they didn't fix it. Both units are also quite dusty. And some of the wooden railings on the balcony are broken due to aging. The air conditioning system cannot be adjusted because they give the wrong remote control. Towels were not provided and I had to ask and they gave us an old set of towels in different colors that really looked like rags. Also not easy to get a receptionist.

Overall our stay was awesome. The chalet is good. The staff is helpful. Will come back again. Highly recommended.

Bilik tak ada aircond tapi tak tulis pun dalam iklan, lepas tu nak ada aircond kena add on pula, malam tidur ada tikus yer saya ulang ada tikus, carpet hapak, toilet tak ada water heater, rumah pun dah usang, sy dah terpaksa tidur juga sebab sy nak rehat tuk bekerja esok.
Rasa tertipu sangat.

Very disappointed with the stay. not as advertised. the condition of the room is very bad with a bad smell. Mattresses and pillows smell. Dirty carpet floor. A lot of mosquitoes. Feeling cheated.
