總體不錯，適合家庭出遊，幾點建議，供參考
1、搞衞生更換床單等需要加快，四點多還無法入住很難説的過去
2、請不要在任何時間唱KTV，不論你覺得自己唱的多好，在這麼安靜的環境下，非常刺耳
3、餐廳價格偏高，出品一般，用餐環境非常壓抑。周邊少有餐廳，你賣的貴一些可以接受，但至少保障出品質量和環境，不然給人感覺就是釣高來賣
4、一樓小花園本身不大，也少有幾張桌子，如果供客人喝茶聊天或者吃飯，本是極愜意的事，居然要收服務費，無法理解

房間挺大的，景觀也很好，外面就是小河，裏面有很多鴨子。設施齊全，總體裝修風格是中式禪味，比較雅緻。晚餐做的味道很好，價格也能接受。早餐比較糟糕，感覺樣式本來就不多，還不太好吃，包子饅頭都是冷的，也沒有牛奶。離百鳥巖很近，走路幾分鐘就到了。

衞生：廁所很臭，有下水道味
服務：1. 提前預訂晚飯，等了一個半小時沒上一道菜。最後上了盤照片上的番茄炒蛋，我都無語了，也不給換。吃到最後説我們預訂的湯沒點上，錢倒是收了。 2. 酒店幫忙訂百鳥巖的門票，結果訂錯了，訂成了水晶宮。
那位在前台女領導看起來很忙，可能因為這個導致到處出錯。票訂錯，預訂的菜也點錯。
提前一個小時5點預訂的菜給我們排到9點才上完全部的菜，還難吃的一批，不建議在酒店吃飯。
