"Driving from Leye County to Bama, I chose the Huayu Birds Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Overall, my stay was a pleasant surprise, with some minor drawbacks. First, let me praise the location; it was a truly wise choice. The hotel is right next to the Panyang River, making morning and evening strolls along the riverside incredibly pleasant, the air filled with the refreshing aroma of moisture. It's also close to Bainiao Rock, just a ten-minute drive away, eliminating the need for early morning rushes. This was perfect for those of us who enjoy a leisurely and relaxing stay. The room was also quite pleasant. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful, reaching a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius, which was perfect for sleeping with a thin blanket on at night—a welcome relief in Bama's humid and hot weather. My biggest favorite was the mattress; it had just the right firmness, unlike some hotels' soft mattresses, which can cause back pain. It was incredibly comfortable for someone of our age. However, I have to mention a few details. On check-in night, when I lifted the covers, I noticed a noticeable stain on the pillowcase, which was quite disturbing. Fortunately, the guy on duty that night was very friendly and promptly replaced the pillowcase after I called him. It was handled promptly. The shower head and washbasin in the shower room are not very user-friendly for tall people. I'm 5'8” and have to bend over to reach the shower head when showering. Bending over to wash my face is also a struggle, and I'm always worried about hitting my head. If the height of these facilities could be adjusted, the experience would be much better. Overall, the hotel's location and basic amenities are quite suitable for those visiting Bama. A little more attention to hygiene details and the adaptability of the amenities would make it even better."

"Bama Junlan Hot Spring Hotel – The only geomagnetic hot spring in China♨️ My friends and I stayed here, and the service system was indeed excellent; you could tell the management's training requirements were well-implemented. 1. Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. On a nice day, you can sit outdoors and enjoy your meal with views of the mountains and waters of Cifu Lake, which is relaxing and pleasant. 7. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. After soaking in the springs, I slept soundly that night. If I get the chance, I'd love to bring my grandma here to stay for a month. [Strong]"

After checking into the Bama Century Wellness Park Hotel (Longevity Village Branch), I deeply felt that this place is not just a sanctuary for rest, but also a practical ground for health concepts. The hotel is nestled in the core scenic area of Longevity Village, surrounded by mountains, with an exceptionally high concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air. Opening the window every morning reveals a misty mountain landscape, and with every breath, I could feel the purifying power of nature. Double Delight: Environment and Service The room facilities far exceeded expectations: an independent kitchen equipped with an induction cooker and range hood, perfect for preparing healthy meals; a washing machine and refrigerator were also provided, ideal for long-term wellness stays. What was even more exceptional was the owner's warmth and hospitality—as a local tour guide, she proactively planned my research route, recommended excellent water sources like Baimo Cave and Panyang River, and even shared the drinking habits of local centenarians. The hotel's free gym, tea room, and Yao medicine herbal bath service allowed me to completely relax after my inspections. Especially at night, enjoying tea on the balcony and listening to the mountain breeze and insects, my sleep quality significantly improved. Alkaline Water and Health Management: A Deep Resonance The primary focus of this trip was to study Bama's alkaline water (pH value approximately 7.4-8.5), which is rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium. "The room is very clean and tidy, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are too atmospheric, sitting by the window on rainy days to see the scenery, beautiful people are healing. Going out is full of green plants, and opening the door is surrounded by greenery. It is not like living in the room at all, but like being in the beautiful scenery of the mountains, comfortable and relaxing. The environment, sanitation and facilities meet the standards of a business hotel. That day, a fellow traveler sprained his foot and wanted to take a photo at the hospital. The hotel's own car was not available, so he paid for an online taxi for us. When we left the hospital, we couldn't order an online taxi. After waiting for a long time, no one took the order. Unexpectedly, the hotel car arrived. surprise. Is there such a good service? I've never seen that!"
