Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Lage in der Altstadt. Best joice for Bamberg Das Restaurant Eckerts abends und die Terrasse am Nachmittag ist eine ideale Ergänzung. Die Rezeption überaus freundlich und immer hilfsbereit mit guten Tips für einen idealen Aufenthalt.

Wunderbar gelegenes, sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Zimmer und Bad waren angenehm dezent eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar, die Lage bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das alte Rathaus und die Pegnitz, v.a. von der großen Terrasse des dazugehörigen Restaurants (Eckerts), in dem man auch Frühstücken kann (optional).

Der tolle Ausblick, die Ruhe und das Rauschen des Flusses findet man so schnell nicht wieder - absolut empfehlenswert! Das in vielen Kommentaren bereits angesprochene „a la carte Frühstück“ hat auch uns nicht gefallen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der ältere Teppich war noch ok, aber nicht mehr taufrisch. Die durchgelegenen Matratzen wurden von uns beim checkout angesprochen. Der Empfang und der Gastronomiebereich machten einen neuen und modernen Eindruck. Die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Spontan gebucht war die Überraschung groß, dass unmittelbar neben dem Hotel die älteste Brauerei Bambergs steht. Das Hotel selbst, teilweise über dem Wasser gebaut, ist außen und innen sehr schön, das Zimmer geräumig, das Bad ebenso und um die Ecke ein Stellplatz für das Motorrad. Hätte besser nicht sein können!

wunderschöne Lokation mitten im Fluss, sehr freundliches und gut geschultes, aufmerksames Personal, gutes Essen. Zimmer ausreichende Grösse, wir hatten den besten Blick auf eine besondere Sehenswürdigkeit (altes Rathaus), Einfach alles toll.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren gut, jedoch nicht sehr aufwendig ausgebaut. Auf Änderungswünsche reagierte das Hotel sehr schnell. Das eine Reservierung zum Abendessen an den drei Abenden nicht möglich war, fanden wir sehr schade. Es machte den Eindruck, dass die Sitzplätze bei weitem nicht ausgebucht waren. Wir würden das Hotel trotzdem wieder buchen.
