The hotel is exquisite and the location is good

酒店所在的小鎮很美，我住的房間窗外也很美，早上是被窗外的鳥叫聲喚醒的，酒店位於小鎮的中心環𡷊旁邊，又好找又交通方便，緊鄰的就是主街，去市政廳衹幾分鐘，慶幸自己訂了這裏。工作人員非常熱情，品嚐了免費的葡萄酒，還吃了他們自製的果醬蛋糕，很滿意的住宿體驗。

第四次到班貝格了。因為時間太趕沒訂上以前住的酒店。所以第一次住這個酒店。 這是一個非常有個性的酒店，單人大床房進門就是浴缸衞生間，而且沒有隔斷。介意的慎重。 家庭房如果住三人，分開三張床，一定要選四張單人床的房間。 早餐衹能説能填飽肚子。 離小鎮中心很近。 禁煙🚭🚭🚭🚭

Not cheap but certainly worth it. We stayed in a studio suite which was roomy, quiet and beautifully decorated (modern style, as opposed to the rest of the hotel). The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet excellent. All on all, a good experience.

The receptionist Noah was exceptionally helpful. His English was excellent and he told us to enjoy the upstairs terrace. We purchased a bottle of wine he recommended and had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful view and wine. The hotel and bar are superb.

Stylish 4* standard hotel close to all amenities and town centre. Petit rooms are just that, so if you are staying for more than one night, pay a bit extra for a deluxe double. 4th floor rooms are individual and have air conditioning. Efficient reception and housekeeping.

Surprisingly quiet for being in the city, but the noise level will depend on which way your room is facing and the time of year. It is centrally located within walking distance of shops, attractions and restaurants and brew houses. Again, keep in mind that this is an old city. It is an old building that has been converted, and has its quirks, but it has charm, is clean, the beds are comfortable and everything works. There are also different options for breakfast. Everyone working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The trickiest part is parking. It has an underground garage, but in order to get to it, you have to drive through the pedestrian zone and, if you come from the front of the hotel, through the outdoor seating of the restaurant (there is even a tiny sign making this legal, once you know to look for it). Overall I can only recommend it.

Lovely room in a 4 Star hotel. Clean room and spacious. Excellent bathroom. Beautiful lobby with a very friendly and helpful staff. This is in one of the older, historic buildings that has been extensively remodeled to modern hotel standards. I was on an upper floor but a lift is available. Excellent air conditioning made my stay very enjoyable. Reasonably priced for a luxurious room. My only "negative: is for the relatively expensive Breakfast Buffet. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel for family and friends wholeheartedly.

Most expensive drink water I ever saw. I asked to fill up my bottle(0,8ml) with the wate. They wanted me to pay €7,4 !!!! Of corse I returned water and got if go it for free in nearest restaurant. I was surprised with this price. May be water is the main profitable product in this restaurant. Who knows…

"4* HOTEL" olarak ikinci kez kaldığım otel de aradan birkaç yıl geçmesi ile bir Otelin nekadar hizmet kalitesini düşürdüğünü gördüğümde çok şaşırdım. Uluslar arası en temel Otel hizmetleri uygulamasında 4* lı bir otelin mutlak suretle odada verilmesi gereken hizmetlerin başında Açılmış kısmen de olsa kullanılmış ürünlerin yerine ertesi gün kü oda temizliği sırasında aynı malzemelerin koyulması gerekir. Bun başında en zaruri olan sulardır ki, şişe açılmış ve kısmen kullanılmış sa odaya geldiğnizde o suyu tüketir vegece de olsa ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda yeni suyu da kullanabilesiniz. Ama yok tabi ki naturel ve gazlı açılmış suları 3 gün boyunca şişenin dibinde su var diye doldurmadılar. Haricinde Almanya da birçok standart 4* da Bira,şampanya, mevva suları vs bırakılır extra kullanımlar ücretlendirilir ama hiçbiri yok. Aynı mantıkta Kullanılan Ayakkabı süngeri , şampuan vs tek kullanımlık malzemeler olup ücretleri fazlası ile alınmıştırki açılan kullanılan ürünler hergün yenilenir ve yenilenmelidir, bu otelde hiçbiri yapılmadı. Eh geriye ne kalıyor bir otel de? Bari sabah çok güzel bir kahvaltı değilmi? Ama o da çok büyüh hayal kırıklıgı, yıldızı olmayan motel veya 2* da dahi fazlasını bulabileceğiniz bir mutfak ta her gün sadece 3-4 çeşit peynir ve 3-4 çeşit salam a eşlik eden en uzak mesafeye konulmuş limitli portaka suyu ile birkaç meyva ve marmelatla sınırlandırılmış kahvaltı için hergün kahvaltı yapmadan çıkmaya dogru 2. günün sonunda hisiyat uyanmakta. Odalar da sözüm ona konsept diye açık tuvalet ve banyo daki her faliyetiniz sonunda odanın içi komple buhar veya istenmeyen kokular sebebi ile Camları açmak durumundasınız, ilk gece uyanıpta odada bazı böcekler tarafından ısırılmaya önce olasılık vermiyorsunuz ama aynısını beraber seyhat ettiğiniz arkadaşınızda yaşayıp ve odada birkaç böcek de hareket halinde görürseniz şüpheniz ordadan kalmış oluyor. Birde Otelin önündeki otopark ı kullanmayın ordan aracınızı çeker veya ceza yazarlar deyip ama bir hafta boyunca birçok aracın park halinde kaldığını ama birşey olmadığını görüp aracınızı otelin altındaki otoparka aldığınızda geceliğine 25€/gün kitlediğinde sebebini anlıyorsunuz. Eh bukadarına PESS diyor ve Otel yönetimine tek şey söylüyoruz, Bu ekonomiyi müşteriden aldığınız günlük konaklama bedeli üzerinden vermeniz gereken hizmetler üzerinden değil evinizdeki günlük yaşantılarınız üzerinden yapabilirsiniz demek kalıyor.

The hotel is close to the old town, definitely walking distance. It’s an older hotel but kept up nicely. Our room was large and clean. The air conditioning was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative is that you had to step into the large bathtub to use the hand shower. That might be an issue for less agile folks. It is a short cab ride to the main train station. It was nothing exciting but there was also nothing wrong with the hotel. I would stay there again.

I can recommend the hotel itself. The location is fantastic, the decor is rather historic but tasteful. Our room was large and spacious. My rating would have been better if it weren't for the hotel's breakfast. I've never experienced anything like it. You pay 12 euros for breakfast, but you only get ONE hot drink (they keep a tally) and a very limited selection of white rolls, cakes and cheese/sausage/jam. You have to pay extra for orange juice, muesli, yoghurt, fruit salad, avocado and salmon. There is a price card at the table for these. Absurd in my opinion. I can only advise everyone NOT to book breakfast and to go to a café. Maybe the hotel doesn't want breakfast guests. In any case, we were just annoyed at breakfast.

Starting with the arrival this stay was an experience. Reception is open from 8am to 4pm. Outside of these times, not a single hotel employee can be found. I think I was all alone in the hotel that week. Access to the hotel was only possible via the underground car park, the entrance was locked after 4 p.m. I had expected a breakfast buffet, which is probably a matter of course in this class of hotel. Instead, there was a choice of 3 sandwiches in the morning, which were certainly not freshly prepared. I can understand that no buffet is provided when occupancy is low, but I know from other cases that an à la carte breakfast is then used instead. The day before I left, painting work began, so that my floor became a construction site. On the day of departure, I almost couldn't get out of the room because painter's fleece had been laid out in front of the door, against which I had to fight with the door. The room itself was OK, neat and clean. I had booked the comfort room and was a bit disappointed as I didn't notice anything. In terms of utilization, I would have been happy about the gesture of an upgrade.
