I was very impressed with Qube Hotel. Although the hotel is a bjt hidden in a side street, and therefore a bit difficult to get around, the solitude granted for a comfortable, peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and useful and the hotel room was spacious and affordable. Very modern and functional! Would definitely recommend.

The environment is nice. But it took a lot of time to have the hot water for me. The food is good.

Clean and convinient

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only flaw is central AC which is not on if it’s not extremely hot outside. Staff didn’t have any problem providing fan into the room in that case.

I didn't know where it was stored, so I asked the front desk, and they said in a very frivolous and impolite tone, "Go inside." I walked in and looked for it but couldn't find it, so I went back again to ask where it was specifically, and the front desk person said again, "Just keep walking and you'll see it." I don't accept his way of communication, and his expression is very unclear. I still asked politely, "Can you please take me there?" At this time, he answered very simply, "No." I walked to the front desk and asked again, "Can you please take me there?" He glanced at me. Another front desk guy next to him said very cleverly and politely, "I'll take you there." The video in the picture shows me confronting him after picking up the takeaway. When he saw the video on his mobile phone, he lost his arrogance just now. It should be emphasized that the front desk was very unbusy at the time, there was no guest, and two people were standing at the front desk. With this rubbish service, I decisively checked out the next day!

Although the weather was cold, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, the cleaning staff was also very diligent, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was as rich as always, but hot milk seemed to be no longer provided, I hope it will be available in the future.

The room access control is a bit old, and I had to insert the card repeatedly to open it. Other than that, it was fine. It was close to the workplace, and there was a restaurant opposite. There are options nearby.
