My trip ended since September 2021, at that time when i checked out of the hotel, i thought i would give them 1 star, or even 0 star if having, but i was convinced myself of being calm to go back later for unbiased reviews, and until today it's a pity to say that I can't still give them more than 2 stars after everything we had experienced in Toscana Hotel La Casetta. At the beginning I discussed so clearly with the booking staff that my husband and I wanted to book their room for 2 weeks for our anniversary vacation. They offered me a cheaper room under 50 square meters but I refused. I chose the ” nicer and larger ”, accepted to pay more with hope we would have a great trip. I sent some pictures of the room and they 100% confirmed that we would be accommodated in that kind of room. But finally, in reality we wouldn't. The very first night when we checked in, I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to unpack my stuffs because the room was different from what we saw in the photos. They claimed this room type was for 4 people but really for 2 of us it was not enough, 1 wardrobe was so old and small, my husband had to put his clothes on the extra bed. There was only 1 sink which was so small and dirty while in the picture it should be 2 separate sinks. Toilet, shower very old and extremely dirty. The mezzanine of the room was lack of sofa, completely not the same which what we wanted to book and pay for. We arrived at the hotel when their restaurant was closed, there was no microwave in the room and the surroundings were quiet. We were forced to eat cold food that we brought with and that night I had a stomach ache because of that. The next day I had to call the manager asking him to take us to the correct room that we booked, they cooperated, and it turned out to be an even worse room with a very bad air conditioner, noisy like a plow, I think I've read a few comments here from another guests about the noise of the AC also. They even knew that and arranged a fan just in case, but sorry we didnt spend money to use the fan, right? After discussing again, my husband said we couldnt get the money back anyway, then try to stay and make the room better. We decided to ” help them to help us ”, clean and rearrange the room with the aim of trying to enjoy our vacation together. We went to the supermarket to buy dishes, cutlery, napkins, garbage bags... Honestly I was not satisfied at all but tried to bear it. A few days later, I called their restaurant to order room service. I asked for pad Thai, and extra onion. It was so stupid that the restaurant staff who spoke English pretty well didn't understand what oinion was, she told me ” im sorry Madam i dont know what onion meant ”. I got angry and canceled the order. The last time was at noon when I had an urgent matter to contact the reception, I called the front desk 8 times, called the manager's number 3 times, both by the phone installed in the room and by the mobile phone, calling them contin

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve stayed in several other resorts in Khao Yai and Nhapha is our absolute favorite. I write reviews based upon several key factors of my experience. First key factor is the presentation and layout of the Resort Venue. Arriving and seeing the private artsy design blended with a perfect balance of luxury and nature of this location is very appealing. The setting is very clean and well kept with excellent staging for photos and escaping reality. The quality of the location, rooms and villas is of top quality as well. A lot of items and design I noticed were quality products. Architecture at its best! The bedding is a bit stiff but with the pillow top it provided a good nights rest. The bathroom and shower are set in natural quarry stone and have a unique style that is comfortable and relaxing. The lobby restaurant is a bit small but they provide many options. dining pool side was our favorite memory with breathtaking sunsets, soft music playing and total relaxation. NHAPHA has a wide selection of authentic dishes with delicious flavor. This was a full board booking which included Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and I must say every dish was simply amazing with presentation, selection and flavor. Hats off to the chef The staff were outstanding and always made us feel welcome. The owner treats you like family and you can feel how she really cares about the customer. She’s the nicest lady. Overall I think the pricing is very well balanced for what you receive and I highly recommend Nhapha to anyone looking for a peaceful stay while visiting Khao Yai. A Must Try!!! ❤️

Overrated and overpriced, the 2 words that sums it all. Read on and the details will reveal. We were in the Boribot Forest Pool Villa going at the very rare promotional rate of abouts USD 130 this season. Room was exceptionally large no doubt, air conditioning was working well to battle the tropical heat. Toilet was a cordon off area but was lacking was a bathtub. The outdoor area was vast, but other than the small plunge pool tastily imbued with a fountain and a swing, there was nothing else. There was no view at all, but that meant ultimate privacy for one that seeks. So, the stay will be ultimately suitable for couple activities all day long since there is nothing else to do. It is not at all for a workcation due to a lack of in-room amenities (more about this later), and not so much suitable for family with children. Viewing the resort from Google Maps, you can see about 8 units in Boribot. So, the upside is this place gives exclusive vibes. There will not be a crowd. Above the restaurant, there is the Boribot Panoramic Suite. There will be no pool, but they do have a jacuzzi. The view is supposed to be better, but cables crisscrossed the narrow panorama to big mountain beyond. Next to the restaurant and adjoining the main infinity pool is the Biorobot House with Pool Access. That offered no privacy to the residence as I could watch their occupants out early in their pajamas on their front porch, and them pool playing during the afternoon in full view from the restaurant and lobby area. All these units were going for the same price. With 30 USD or more, will be the Boribot Mountain View Villa, claiming to have a good view to the mountain. And then there is the Boribot Mountain View Signature Villa with Private Pool at twice the price, with a larger pool and with a view. We were given a room near to the main road. This road that leads to Wang Nam Kaew is popular with droning big bikes, vroom of sports car and loud lorries. What peace? None. Road noise starts 430 am in the morning. I got a feeling promo means we were given the not so desirable rooms. So, not being able to sleep since 430 am, I headed to their common restaurant to do some work. As to why not just work in the room? Well, back in our room, the Internet access was terrible. I had issues downloading, my child could not do her Zoom online classes, wife had issues accessing office applications and my Teams meetings failed. We had to resort to moving all our computer related staffs to the restaurant whenever it was time for work or meetings. Getting a good Speedtest result does not mean streaming works well. Complaining to the reception did not help. If Biorobot ever comes up with a stay-and-work package, I will be the first to leave bad comments, lots of it. In addition to bad internet access, the rooms are not catered for a workcation. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in the room balcony, it’s excellent and tranquil. The weather, ambience and the hotel service speaks out on its own. This is definitely my top hotel so far, even though it’s considered old by many but the room, service and food is excellent. Can’t recommend enough of it. Look no further for you stay in khao yai, it’s just great. Value for money and quiet.

Back in its heyday this place must have been the Francophile owner’s Versailles, even today it looks grand despite the crumbling buildings, potholed roads, and overgrown garden. Highly recommend to stay at the new residences wing at the back, which are very new. It’s a short walk to the open air breakfast area. The main resort buildings are in a pitiful state and seem to have squatters in them, seeing from the laundry hung outside. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment complete with kitchen & living room in the Bellevue building, which was really nice & big. Only complaint was the phone in the deserted lobby kept ringing non-stop until I took matters in my own hands and took the receiver off the line. Later someone put the receiver back and it started ringing again, this time I unplugged the line but discreetly left it under the phone so no one can tell.

When we arrived at this ”hotel” it did not have a reception. We drove our car around the property and at one point we saw our residence. A staff member approached us and we went through the formalities with her using google translate. We had rented the glass house building. Not a single bed lamp worked and the air conditioning is a device of 2 by 1 by 1 meter. Toilet and shower is very small and the toilet did not flush. The lady fixed the toilet but not the lamps! All information is in Thai up to and including the menu. So it seems more a place for Thai then for foreigners. The swimmingpool is far from our stay neat the tents ansmd is 2 by 3cmeters. No chairs, nothing! They suggested to take the car!!! We ordered from the menu and it was delicious! After we returned at the beginning of the evening , our room was not cleaned. The employee with Google translate said that she is coming, but that does not happen. So the dirty dishes and cups we placed outside. After request we've got clean cups and glasses. After 1 minute she was gone. The next morning we left and we were realy astonished. It's not a hotel, it has no service and we had zero information

We booked online using Govt promo and we got very good deal and main we choose this hotel as its not too far away from eatery and attractions. Reservations and front have been helpful. We got food coupons worth of 800 bht to be used in the hotel at the time of check in which can only be used at restaurants and for food and non alcoholic drinks only. Hotel only has 1 restaurant with very limited choices. Nothing much and breakfast spread is very limited and its nearly same all the days. So food really need improvement in this property besides that every thing was good. Housekeeping were very sweet and did all the set up and arranged complimentary cake for his birthday and also followed our time changing. Room service were quick. I think spa was closed due to covid precautions. Our stay was pleasant one. Pet friendly hotel and many had brought their dogs with them. Deluxe rooms ( we stayed in this room type ) are spacious and they have interconnected rooms for families with children. Rooms and amenities are well maintained. Modern hotel !!! They have rock climbing, rabbit n alpacas for children to enjoy with additional fee. Recommended this property if you are not serious or fussy with food.
