The things that needs to be improved is regarding the system that still kinda old & needs to be simplified such as the free parking system. The breakfast were quite varied, but most of the time some of the food station were empty and needs to be refill. The refill could take some time. Well that definitely has to be improved. The waiters/waitresses has to be aware when the food needs to be cooked immediately and refill on time before it really runs out

I always stay in this hotel.. even though it is a bit old.. but it is my favorite hotel in Bandung.. the cooperation of the staff is excellent.. but the hotel management must pay better attention to cleanliness and replace the old bed covers that are damaged due to frequent washing.

lokasi bagus , strategis di tengah keramaian. gampang klo nyari makanan di luar hotel, klo nyari sarapan juga gampang krn kanan kiri hotel banyak yg jual.
kamar nya bersih, perabotan di kamar kita 730 nya agak jadul n gede gede makan tempat terutama mejq yg di bawah TV kayaknya mendingan di keluarin kali ya or ganti sama yg lebih slim model nya, view nya cakep banget dari lantai 7. kolam renang air nya gak hangat. colokan ga tersedia di kanan kiri tempat tidur.

Been here twice and the staff is all very friendly. Its just the aircond in the room need to be fix. Location wise is very accesible to walking distance mall.
