"The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, I was very satisfied with it. The bed linen was incredibly comfortable. I also really enjoyed the coffee from the in-room machine! The only minor issues were the street noise and the sound of drainage from the floor above. Other than that, everything was great!"

"No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday."

"The location of Novotel was accessible by car only. The hotel appeared more of a 3.5 star than 4; however the water dispenser at my floor level is commendable as it was very convenient with hot/cold water. The breakfast spread had quite limited choices except on the third day. Overall, I would say the service right from front desk, breakfast (especially Salsa, Annisa and Rena), including housekeeping (Reza who did his job from the heart) were amazingly awesome. Keep up the good job."

"The staff were very friendly. Straight gave an early checked-in while we walked at about 1 pm since there was an available room. Appreciate that since we were too tired then. The lady at the front desk greeted us with smile and offered us with the Hi-Tea at 3pm, believe it was on Christmas day. The staffs at the entrance greeted with smile and help us on the our luggages. Will definitely come back again. Staying for one night hence not be able to use the facilities. To all the staffs keep it up."

"didnt take pics of hotels or rooms. Incident started when room type weve reserved was full-booked and they upgraded to room that they said was bigger. But when we arrived, it wasnt queen bed as requested (single beds were pushed together to the middle) and smells so bad like sweat or damp towels and body odor mixed. Called reception, they tried to convinced us, but unfortunately couldnt stand the smell, asking again to the reception desk and sent to new room which was an upgraded one, they said. It was bigger. Bath tub couldnt be used since it leaked. Food was okay. Tasted bold. Staffs were nice. Overall handled okay."
